'Supreme Court Judges Fools.. are like pet dogs. Incompetent people who cannot do anything good for the country'
New York, Washington: US President Trump is not backing down despite being shocked by the Supreme Court regarding tariffs. He imposed 10 percent tariffs on the countries of the world on Friday. He announced on Saturday that he will increase them to 15 percent. It has been clarified that only 15 percent will apply to India. In fact, he officially announced on Friday that he will impose 10 percent tariffs on all countries with the powers he has after the Supreme verdict.. and signed the orders. It has been revealed that they will come into effect from the 24th of this month. He announced through his social media platform Truth that he will charge not 10 per cent but 15 per cent every day. We will increase the duties from 10 percent to 15 percent as per the law. "We have come to the decision to increase the tariffs after a comprehensive and detailed review of the ridiculous and poorly written extraordinary court judgment against the United States," Trump announced.
'Give the President of the United States a chance to say what he wants to say. We will increase the 10 percent tariffs imposed on the countries of the world to 15 percent. This includes countries that have been robbing America for decades without retaliatory tariffs. We will take the tariffs to the level of 15 percent to stand up to the law," said Trump. It has been announced that more tariffs will be imposed in the next few months.
Trump has made it clear that nothing has changed even after the Supreme Court verdict, that India will pay the tariffs and that they will not pay any tariffs to that country. In the fact sheet released by the White House on the initial 10 percent tariffs, it has been stated that these temporary tariffs will not be applied to some goods that are good for the US economy and may be subject to more aggressive tariffs in the future.
Tariffs are not applicable..
- Currency, bullion, fuel, some special key minerals and metals used in fuel products.
- Renewable, non-extractable natural resources, fertilizers.
- Some agricultural products like beef, tomatoes, oranges.
- Medicines, used in Foods.
- Some electronic items.
- Personal vehicles, light trucks, medium and heavy vehicles, buses, spare parts of personal vehicles, some aircraft parts.
'Modi is smart'
Trump once again claimed that he stopped the war between India and Pakistan by warning that he would impose tariffs. He said that he has a great relationship with Prime Minister Modi. Nothing will change. India will pay the duties. We don't pay. Such is the agreement made by India. PM Modi is a great gentleman. He is smarter than anyone I oppose on America. He is tearing us apart. We made an agreement with this. It is a transparent agreement. But we changed the deal so that they pay the duties themselves. My relations with India are excellent. Trump said that country is stopping oil from Russia on our request.
