How to control?

  • Understand the body by yourself or with the help of doctors. Observe the signs it gives. Do you really feel hungry? Do you feel that way because of emotions? 
  • Don't completely shut your mouth to control food noise. Do not keep any food away. Whatever you eat, it is better to eat things with nutritional value in moderation.
  • Sleep at the same time every day. Adequate sleep is a must. Exercise should be done. Drink fresh water often.  
  • Multitasking while eating is necessary! Don't use your phone or watch TV and focus on the food you eat. Enjoy the taste and smell. 
  • Stress and loneliness can eat away at something. Instead of ordering online right away.. walk for a while, meditate for a few moments, listen to music for a while. But if you are not hungry then take nutritious food instead of junk food
