ఈనాడు, అమరావతి: రాష్ట్రంలో ఇంగోట్ అండ్ వేఫర్ తయారీ ప్రాజెక్టును టాటా పవర్ కంపెనీ లిమిటెడ్ అనుబంధ సంస్థ టాటా పవర్ రెన్యువబుల్ ఎనర్జీ లిమిటెడ్ రూ.6,675 కోట్లతో ఏర్పాటు చేస్తోంది. శ్రీపొట్టి శ్రీరాములు నెల్లూరు జిల్లాలోని ఇఫ్కో సెజ్లో 200 ఎకరాల్లో (33 శాతం గ్రీన్ ఏరియా బఫర్తో కలిపి) ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు ఏర్పాటవుతుంది. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు ద్వారా సుమారు వెయ్యి మందికి ఉపాధి లభించనుంది. పునరుత్పాదక విద్యుత్ ప్రాజెక్టుల రంగంలో టాటా సంస్థ కీలకంగా వ్యవహరిస్తోంది. ఇప్పటికే 4,721 మెగావాట్ల సౌర, 1,034 మెగావాట్ల పవన విద్యుత్ ప్రాజెక్టులను, 700కు పైగా నగరాల్లో 3 వేల మెగావాట్ల రూఫ్టాప్ ప్రాజెక్టులను ఈ సంస్థ నిర్వహిస్తోంది. రాష్ట్రంలో ఏర్పాటు చేసే ఈ ప్లాంట్ ద్వారా దేశీయ అవసరాలతో పాటు ఎగుమతులు చేయాలని ఈ సంస్థ లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకుంది.
రెండేళ్లలో ఉత్పత్తిలోకి
ప్లాంటు నిర్మాణాన్ని 2028 జనవరి నాటికి పూర్తి చేసి.. ఉత్పత్తి ప్రారంభించాలన్నది లక్ష్యం. ప్రస్తుతం 120 ఎకరాల్లో యూనిట్ను ఏర్పాటు చేసేందుకు వీలుగా ప్రతిపాదనలు రూపొందించింది. భవిష్యత్తు విస్తరణ కోసం మరో 80 ఎకరాలను వినియోగించుకోనుంది. సంస్థకు కేటాయించే భూములను సెజ్ పరిధి నుంచి మినహాయించాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది.
సొంత అవసరాలకు 200 మెగావాట్ల సోలార్ ప్లాంటు
ఇంగోట్, వేఫర్ల తయారీ యూనిట్కు అవసరమైన విద్యుత్ కోసం క్యాప్టివ్ విధానంలో 200 మెగావాట్ల సౌర విద్యుత్ ప్లాంటు ఏర్పాటు చేయనుంది. దీనికి అవసరమైన భూములను నెడ్క్యాప్ ప్రత్యేకంగా కేటాయిస్తుంది. ఈ ప్రక్రియను 6 నెలల్లో పూర్తి చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ప్రాజెక్టు కోసం కనిగిరి రిజర్వాయర్ నుంచి పైపులైను ద్వారా రోజుకు 12.6 మిలియన్ లీటర్ల నీటిని సంస్థ వినియోగించుకుంటుంది.
నెల్లూరు, నాయుడుపేట కేంద్రంగా
నెల్లూరు, నాయుడుపేట ప్రాంతం సోలార్ ప్యానళ్లు, ఇతర కాంపొనెంట్ల తయారీ కేంద్రంగా మారనుంది. నెల్లూరులో ఇండోసోల్ సంస్థ 10 గిగావాట్ల ఫొటో వోల్టాయిక్ సోలార్ ప్యానళ్ల తయారీ యూనిట్ను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తోంది. ప్లాంటు కోసం భూసేకరణ ప్రక్రియ మొదలైంది. ప్రీమియర్ ఎనర్జీస్ నాయుడుపేట సెజ్లో ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ ప్లాంటు (ఇంగోట్, వేఫర్, సోలార్ సెల్స్) ఏర్పాటు చేస్తోంది. వోల్ట్సన్ ల్యాబ్స్ (సెల్, మాడ్యూల్స్) తయారీ ప్లాంటు ఏర్పాటు చేస్తోంది. తాజాగా టాటా పవర్ సంస్థ ఇంగోట్, వేఫర్ తయారీ కంపెనీ ఏర్పాటు చేస్తోంది. దీంతో సౌర విద్యుత్ ప్యానళ్లు, ఇతర కాంపొనెంట్ల తయారీకి ఈ ప్రాంతం అనువైనదిగా అభివృద్ధి చెందనుంది.
సెమీకండక్టర్స్ (కంప్యూటర్ చిప్లు, ట్రాన్సిస్టర్స్), సోలార్ సెల్స్ తయారీకి ఇంగోట్స్ (లార్జ్ మెటల్ బ్లాక్లు), వేఫర్స్ (పలుచని పొరలతో-సిలికాన్) అవసరం ఉంటుంది. ఫోన్లు, ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ విడి భాగాలు, సౌర విద్యుత్ ఉత్పత్తికి ఇవి బేస్గా పనిచేస్తాయి. వైర్లు, షీట్లు, యంత్ర విడిభాగాల తయారీలోనూ ఇంగోట్స్ను వినియోగిస్తారు. ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్లో క్లిష్టమైన మైక్రోఫ్యాబ్రికేషన్ ప్రక్రియల్లో వేఫర్లు వాడతారు. వాటిని దేశీయంగా టాటా సంస్థ తయారు చేయనుంది.

Today, Amaravati: Ingot and wafer manufacturing in the state The project is being set up by Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited, a subsidiary of Tata Power Company Limited, at a cost of Rs.6,675 crore. The project will be set up on 200 acres (including 33 percent green area buffer) in IFFCO SEZ in Sripotti Sriramulu Nellore district. About a thousand people will get employment through this project. Tata company is playing a key role in the field of renewable energy projects. The company is already managing 4,721 megawatt solar, 1,034 megawatt wind power projects and 3,000 megawatt rooftop projects in more than 700 cities. The company aims to meet domestic needs as well as exports through this plant to be set up in the state.
Into production in two years
The aim is to complete the construction of the plant by January 2028 and start production. At present, proposals have been made to set up a unit in 120 acres. Another 80 acres will be utilized for future expansion. The government has decided to exclude the lands allotted to the company from the scope of SEZ.
200 MW solar plant for own needs
A 200 MW solar power plant will be set up under captive system for the electricity required for the ingot and wafer manufacturing unit. Nedcap will allocate the required lands separately. This process has to be completed within 6 months. The company will use 12.6 million liters of water per day from Kanigiri reservoir through pipeline for the project.
Nellore, Naidupet as center
Nellore, Naidupet area will become a manufacturing center for solar panels and other components. Indosol is setting up a 10 gigawatt photo voltaic solar panels manufacturing unit in Nellore. The process of land acquisition for the plant has started. Premier Energies is setting up an integrated plant (ingot, wafer, solar cells) at Naidupet SEZ. Waltson Labs (Cell, Modules) is setting up a manufacturing plant. Recently, Tata Power Company is setting up an ingot and wafer manufacturing company. With this, the region will be suitable for the manufacture of solar panels and other components.
Semiconductors (computer chips, transistors), solar cells require ingots (large metal blocks), wafers (thin layers of silicon). They serve as the base for phones, electronic spare parts and solar power generation. Ingots are also used in the manufacture of wires, sheets and machine parts. Wafers are used in complex microfabrication processes in electronics. They will be manufactured domestically by Tata.
