ఇంటర్నెట్ డెస్క్: బంగ్లాదేశ్ మాజీ క్రికెటర్ తమీమ్ ఇక్బాల్ను (Tamim Iqbal) బంగ్లాదేశ్ క్రికెట్ బోర్డ్ (BCB) సభ్యుడు నజ్ముల్ ఇస్లామ్ సోషల్ మీడియా వేదికగా ‘ఇండియన్ ఏజెంట్’ అని నిందించాడు. ఫిబ్రవరి 7 నుంచి మార్చి 8 మధ్య టీ20 వరల్డ్ కప్ (ICC Mens T20 World Cup 2026) భారత్, శ్రీలంక వేదికగా జరగనుంది. అయితే భద్రతా కారణాలను సాకుగా చూపుతూ తమ జట్టు భారత్కు రాలేదని, తమ మ్యాచ్లను తటస్థ వేదికపై నిర్వహించాలని బీసీబీ.. ఐసీసీకి ( ICC) మెయిల్ చేసింది. దీనిపై ఐసీసీ ఇంతవరకు అధికారికంగా స్పందించలేదు.
అయితే ఈ అంశంపై బంగ్లాదేశ్ మాజీ క్రికెటర్ తమీమ్ ఇక్బాల్ మాట్లాడాడు. ‘90 నుంచి 95 శాతం ఆదాయం ఐసీసీ నుంచే మనకు వస్తోంది. కాబట్టి ప్రతిదీ క్షుణ్ణంగా సమీక్షించుకున్నాకే నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవాలి’ అని తమీమ్ సూచించాడు. దీనిపై బీసీబీ సభ్యుడు నజ్ముల్ ఇస్లామ్ సంచలన ఆరోపణలు చేశాడు. ‘తమీమ్ ఇక్బాల్ ఇండియన్ ఏజెంట్ అని ఈసారి బంగ్లాదేశ్ మొత్తానికి నిరూపితమైంది’ అని ఫేస్బుక్లో పోస్ట్ పెట్టాడు.

‘నాకు బంగ్లాదేశ్ క్రికెట్ బోర్డుతో సంబంధం లేదు. అందుకే నేను సైతం సాధారణ పౌరుడిలానే మీడియా ద్వారా విషయాలను తెలుసుకుంటున్నాను. నా దగ్గర ఎక్కువ సమాచారం లేదు కాబట్టి నేను ఎక్కువగా వ్యాఖ్యలు చేయకూడదు. అయితే నేను చెప్పే విషయం ఒక్కటే.. అటువంటి నిర్ణయం తీసుకునేముందు భవిష్యత్తును కూడా దృష్టిలోపెట్టుకోవాలి. చర్చల ద్వారా పరిష్కారం కనుగొంటే అంతకంటే మంచిది మరోటి లేదు. అలాగే ఇది సున్నితమైన అంశం కాబట్టి.. బహిరంగ వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసేముందు బీసీబీ అంతర్గతంగా చర్చించుకోవాలి. తర్వాతే నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవాలి. ఎందుకంటే ఒక్కసారి మాట జారిన తర్వాత దాన్ని వెనక్కి తీసుకోవడం చాలా కష్టం. బంగ్లాదేశ్ క్రికెట్ భవిష్యత్తే అన్నింటికన్నా ముఖ్యం. మనకు 90 నుంచి 95 శాతం వరకు ఆదాయం ఐసీసీ నుంచే వస్తుంది. కాబట్టి బంగ్లాదేశ్ క్రికెట్కు ఏది ఉపయోగపడుతుందనే దాని ఆధారంగా.. నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవాలి’ అని తమీమ్ ఇక్బాల్ అన్నాడు.

Internet Desk: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) member Nazmul Islam accused former Bangladesh cricketer Tamim Iqbal of being an 'Indian agent' on social media. The T20 World Cup (ICC Mens T20 World Cup 2026) will be held between February 7 and March 8 between India and Sri Lanka. However, BCB sent a mail to the ICC ( ICC) that their team did not come to India citing security reasons and wanted to hold their matches at a neutral venue. ICC has not yet officially responded to this.
