Hyderabad: The producers of the film Rajasaab faced disappointment in the Telangana High Court. The court struck down the memo given by the Home Department allowing the hike in ticket prices. Advocate Vijay Gopal has filed a petition in the High Court that they are allowing the hike in ticket prices against the rules. He brought to the notice of the court that the Home Secretary has no authority to issue the memo. It was explained to the court that only Collectors at district level and CP in Hyderabad have to give permission for increase in ticket prices and benefit shows. The High Court, which investigated the matter, struck down the memo given by increasing the ticket prices. She questioned the government counsel as to why the memos were being sent so discreetly. She expressed her impatience that the concerned minister himself had announced that the ticket prices would not be increased, but still why are memos being issued to increase the prices. No matter how many times you say it, why doesn't your mind change? Does the memo giving officer know the rules? She questioned in a serious voice.
