Jio IPO | ఇంటర్నెట్ డెస్క్: మదుపర్లు ఆసక్తిగా ఎదురుచూస్తున్న ఐపీఓల్లో రిలయన్స్ జియో ఒకటి. 50 కోట్ల మంది యూజర్లతో దేశంలోనే అతిపెద్ద టెలికాం కంపెనీ కావడం, పైగా రిలయన్స్ ఇండస్ట్రీస్ వంటి పెద్ద సంస్థ నుంచి వస్తుండడంతో దీనిపై ఆసక్తి నెలకొంది. ఈ ఏడాదిలోనే రానున్న ఈ ఐపీఓకు సంబంధించి తాజాగా ఓ విషయం బయటకు వచ్చింది. తొలి పబ్లిక్ ఇష్యూ ( IPO) ద్వారా 2.5 శాతం వాటాను రిలయన్స్ విక్రయించనున్నట్లు రాయిటర్స్ తన కథనంలో పేర్కొంది. తద్వారా మార్కెట్ నుంచి సుమారు 4 బిలియన్ డాలర్లు (సుమారు రూ.36 వేల కోట్లు) సమీకరించాలని లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకున్నట్లు సంబంధిత వర్గాలను ఉటంకిస్తూ పేర్కొంది. దీంతో భారత స్టాక్ మార్కెట్ చరిత్రలో అతిపెద్ద ఐపీఓగా ఇది నిలవనుంది.
రిలయన్స్ జియో మార్కెట్ విలువను ఇన్వెస్ట్మెంట్ బ్యాంక్ జెఫ్రీస్ 180 బిలియన్ డాలర్లుగా అంచనా కట్టింది. ఆ లెక్కన 2.5 శాతం వాటా విక్రయిస్తే సుమారు 4.5 బిలియన్ డాలర్లు అవుతుంది. ఈ వాటా విక్రయాన్ని ఆఫర్ ఫర్ సేల్ రూపంలో చేపడతారా లేక కొత్త షేర్ల జారీ ద్వారానా అనే విషయంలో ఇంకా నిర్ణయం తీసుకోలేదని తెలుస్తోంది. ప్రస్తుతం ఐపీఓకు సంబంధించి మోర్గాన్ స్టాన్లీ, కోటక్ మహీంద్రా బ్యాంకు ముసాయిదా పత్రాల రూపకల్పనలో నిమగ్నమై ఉన్నాయని రాయిటర్స్ పేర్కొంది. అయితే ఈ విషయంలో రిలయన్స్ అధికారికంగా స్పందించలేదు.

రిలయన్స్ జియోను రాబోయే ఐదేళ్లలో ఐపీఓకు తీసుకొస్తామని 2019లోనే ముకేశ్ అంబానీ ప్రకటించారు. ఆ తర్వాత కేవలం టెలికాం వ్యాపారానికే పరిమితం కాకుండా.. ఆర్టిఫిషియల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్లోకీ సంస్థ ఎంట్రీ ఇచ్చింది. తద్వారా కంపెనీ మార్కెట్ విలువను భారీగా పెంచుకోగలిగింది. ఐపీఓ ఆలస్యం కావడానికి ఇదీ ఓ కారణం. ఇదిలా ఉండగా కొన్ని ఇన్వెస్ట్మెంట్ బ్యాంకులు జియో మార్కెట్ విలువ 200 నుంచి 240 బిలియన్ డాలర్లుగా లెక్కగడుతున్నాయి. ఇటీవల కాలంలో అనేక కంపెనీలు రిలయన్స్ జియోలో పెద్ద మొత్తంలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టాయి. ఐపీఓ సమయంలో తమ వాటాలను విక్రయించి సొమ్ము చేసుకోవాలని ఆయా కంపెనీలు చూస్తున్నాయి.

This will make it the largest IPO in the history of the Indian stock market.
Investment bank Jefferies has estimated the market value of Reliance Jio at 180 billion dollars. If the 2.5 percent stake is sold, it will be about 4.5 billion dollars. It seems that a decision has not yet been taken whether this share sale will be undertaken in the form of an offer for sale or through the issue of new shares. According to Reuters, Morgan Stanley and Kotak Mahindra Bank are currently engaged in drafting the IPO documents. But Reliance has not officially responded in this matter.
