Hyderabad: Chief Minister Revanthreddy said that people should know the facts about the Krishna river projects. The CM spoke as part of the short-term discussion on 'Water-Truth' in the Legislative Assembly.
''In the joint state, injustice has been done to the joint Mahbubnagar district in the last ten years. A former CM with a lot of experience wants to come to the meeting and give advice and suggestions. KCR.. If you talk about river water, you want to give useful advice to the state. The words spoken in the assembly are worth more than the words spoken in the assembly. It is sad that the Leader of the Opposition has not come to the House for two years. Even though Bharat Rashtra Samithi leaders insulted them in the past, Congress leaders used to come to the house and speak. If the opposition leaders don't speak in the assembly, ultimately injustice will be done to the people. KCR, the leader of the opposition, brought the debate on Krishna waters to the fore. If you talk in the party offices, there will be confusion among the people. That is why we took up the discussion in the assembly immediately after KCR spoke. But, he did not come to the meeting. Legislatures are shortsighted for them," said the CM.
