Internet Desk: It seems that the Bangladesh Cricket Board has taken a crucial decision as Bangladesh player Mustafizur Rahman has been released from the Kolkata Knight Riders team on the orders of BCCI. It is expected to approach the ICC to change the venues of the 2026 T20 World Cup matches played by the Bangladesh team in India. An official of the Bangladesh Cricket Board said that as the tensions between the two countries are increasing, they will take the ICC's notice to change the venues keeping in mind the safety of the players. "I cannot comment on the release of Mustafizur. Because it is their inner thing. But as far as participation in the World Cup is concerned, it is an ICC event. It is known that India and Sri Lanka will jointly host the T20 World Cup which will start from February 7. Bangladesh have scheduled four matches in the group stage in India.
