ఈనాడు, అమరావతి: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో గతేడాదితో పోలిస్తే ఈ సంవత్సరం హత్యలు, అత్యాచారాలు, దాడులు, మహిళలపై నేరాలు వంటివి తగ్గుముఖం పట్టగా.. ఆర్థిక నేరాలు, హత్యాయత్నాలు, పగటిపూట ఇళ్లు కొల్లగొట్టడాలు వంటి ఘటనలు పెరిగాయి. సైబర్ నేరాల కేసుల సంఖ్య తగ్గినప్పటికీ.. ఆయా ఘటనలపై వేలల్లో ఫిర్యాదులు నమోదయ్యాయి. వాటి బారిన పడి బాధితులు రూ.వందల కోట్లు నష్టపోయారు. దళితులు, గిరిజనులపై నేరాలు, మహిళల ఆత్మగౌరవానికి భంగం కలిగించే ఘటనలు బాగా తగ్గుముఖం పట్టాయి. మొత్తంగా అన్ని రకాల నేరాలు కలిపి 2024 కంటే 2025లో 6.17 శాతం మేర తగ్గాయి. అదే సమయంలో శిక్షలు 6.51 శాతం మేర పెరిగాయి. చోరీలు, దొంగతనాలు, దోపిడీలు వంటి ప్రాపర్టీ నేరాల ఛేదన రేటు పెరిగింది. డీజీపీ హరీష్కుమార్ గుప్తా సోమవారం మంగళగిరిలోని పోలీసు ప్రధాన కార్యాలయంలో ‘వార్షిక నేర గణాంక నివేదిక-2025’ విడుదల చేసి ఆ వివరాలు వెల్లడించారు.
శిక్షలు పెరిగాయ్
- అన్ని రకాల నేరాలకు సంబంధించి 2024లో 1,10,193 కేసులు నమోదు కాగా.. ఈ ఏడాది ఆ సంఖ్య 1,03,397కు పరిమితమైంది. 6.17% మేర నేరాలు తగ్గాయి.
- గతేడాది న్యాయస్థానాల్లో విచారణ జరిగిన ప్రతి వంద కేసుల్లో సగటున 43.5 కేసుల్లో శిక్షలు పడగా.. ఈ ఏడాది ఆ సంఖ్య 50.01కి ఎగబాకింది. శిక్షల శాతం 6.51 శాతం మేర పెరిగింది.
- ఆర్థిక నేరాల్లో మోసాలు, నేరపూరిత విశ్వాస ఘాతుక ఘటనలు పెరగ్గా... నకిలీ స్టాంపులు, నకిలీ కరెన్సీ కేసులు తగ్గాయి. పోక్సో కేసులు 11.4 శాతం మేర తగ్గాయి.
- 41 శాతం రోడ్డు ప్రమాదాల్లో మరణాలు సంభవించాయి. ఈ ఏడాది 18,430 రోడ్డు ప్రమాదాలు జరగ్గా.. వాటిలో 7,540 ప్రమాదాల్లో మరణాలు సంభవించాయి.
డ్రగ్స్ కేసుల్లో 9,478 మంది అరెస్టు
- మాదకద్రవ్యాల కేసుల్లో 9,478 మంది అరెస్టు. 75 మందిపై పిట్ ఎన్డీపీఎస్ చట్టం ప్రయోగం. 850 హాట్స్పాట్ల జియోట్యాగింగ్.
- డ్రోన్ల వినియోగం ద్వారా 6,993, సీసీ కెమెరాల ద్వారా 2,514 కేసుల ఛేదన.
- చోరీకి గురైన సెల్ఫోన్లలో రూ.56.42 కోట్ల విలువైన 35,116 ఫోన్ల రికవరీ.
వివిధ నేరాల పెరుగుదల/తగ్గుదల
1. భౌతిక దాడుల నేరాలు:పెరిగినవి- కల్పబుల్ హోమీసైడ్ నాట్ అమౌంటింగ్ టు మర్డర్, హత్యాయత్నాలు.
తగ్గినవి:అల్లర్లు, హత్యలు, అపహరణలు, తీవ్రమైన, సాధారణ దాడులు.
2. ప్రాపర్టీ నేరాలు:పెరిగినవి: పగటిపూట ఇళ్లు కొల్లగొట్టడాలు.
తగ్గినవి:లాభం కోసం హత్యలు, రాత్రి పూట ఇళ్లు కొల్లగొట్టడాలు, డెకాయిటీ, రాబరీ, చోరీలు
3. మహిళలపై నేరాలు:పెరిగినవి:లేవు.
తగ్గినవి:హత్యాచారాలు/సామూహిక అత్యాచారాలు, మహిళల హత్యలు, మ్యారిటల్ క్రైమ్, అత్యాచారాలు, మహిళల ఆత్మగౌరవానికి భంగం కలిగించే ఘటనలు, సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో మహిళలపై దాడులు.
డిజిటల్ అరెస్టు బాధితుల్లో వృద్ధులు,విద్యావంతులే అధికం
‘‘సైబర్ నేరగాళ్లు డిజిటల్ అరెస్టు పేరిట చేస్తున్న మోసాలకు వృద్ధులు, బాగా చదువుకున్న వారు ఎక్కువగా బాధితులవుతున్నారు. వారు పోగొట్టుకుంటున్న సొత్తంతా చైనాలోని అంతర్జాతీయ సైబర్ నేరాల ముఠాలకు చేరుతోంది. నేరగాళ్లు ఆ డబ్బును క్రిప్టో కరెన్సీలోకి మార్చేస్తుండడంతో రికవరీ చేయడం కష్టమవుతోంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో బ్యాంకింగ్ రంగంలో కొన్ని కఠిన చర్యల కోసం సిఫార్సులు చేశాం. జిల్లాకొకటి చొప్పున 26 సైబర్ పోలీస్స్టేషన్లు త్వరలో ఏర్పాటు చేస్తాం. వీటి ద్వారా ఈ నేరాలకు అడ్డుకట్ట వేసేందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నాం. చట్టవిరుద్ధంగా పేకాట క్లబ్బులు నిర్వహించేవారిపై పీడీ చట్టం ప్రయోగిస్తాం’’ అని డీజీపీ హరీష్కుమార్ గుప్తా పేర్కొన్నారు. వివిధ కేసుల్లో అరెస్టు చేస్తున్న వారిని పోలీసులు నడిరోడ్డుపై నడిపించుకుంటూ ప్రదర్శనగా తీసుకెళ్లడం సుప్రీంకోర్టు మార్గదర్శకాలకు వ్యతిరేకం కదా! అనిఓ విలేకరి అడగ్గా.. పెట్రోలింగ్ వాహనాల కొరత వల్ల వారిని నడిపించుకుని తీసుకెళుతున్నామని, ఇది ఫుట్ పెట్రోలింగ్ అని డీజీపీ నవ్వుతూ సమాధానమిచ్చారు.

DGP Harish Kumar Gupta released the 'Annual Crime Statistics Report-2025' at the police headquarters in Mangalagiri on Monday and revealed the details.

Excludes:Riots, murders, kidnappings, aggravated, common assaults.
2. Property crimes:Increased: Burglary of houses in broad daylight.
Reduced:Killings for profit, housebreaking at night, decoy, robbery, burglary
3. Crime against women:Increased:None.
Reduced:Murders/gang-rapes, murders of women, marital crime, rape, incidents of violation of self-esteem of women, attacks on women on social media.
Elderly, educated people are more victims of digital arrest
''Cybercriminals are elderly, well-adjusted for scams in the name of digital arrest. Educated people are mostly victims. All the assets they are losing are going to international cyber crime gangs in China. Criminals are converting that money into crypto currency, making it difficult to recover. In this background, we have made recommendations for some strict measures in the banking sector. 26 cyber police stations per district will be set up soon. We are trying to curb these crimes through these. DGP Harish Kumar Gupta said that the PD Act will be applied against those who operate illegal poker clubs.
