కోయిలకొండ, డిసెంబరు 24 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి) : ‘సర్టిఫికెట్ల కోసం విద్యార్థులు కార్యాలయం చుట్టూ తిరగాలా?’ అని మహబూబ్నగర్ కలెక్టర్ విజయేందిర బోయి అధికారులపై ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. మహబూబ్నగర్ జిల్లా, కోయిలకొండ మండల కేంద్రంలో బుధవారం ఆమె పర్యటించారు. ఆ సమయంలో కొందరు విద్యార్థులు తహసీల్దార్ కార్యాలయం ముందు కాగితాలు పట్టుకొని తిరుగుతుండటం గమనించారు. కార్యాలయంలోకి వెళ్లి, వారిని పిలిపించుకొని మాట్లాడి సమస్యను తెలుసుకున్నారు. ఈనెల 17వ తేదీన దరఖాస్తు చేసుకొంటే, ఇప్పటి వరకు సర్టిఫికెట్ ఎందుకు ఇవ్వలేదని అధికారులను ప్రశ్నించారు. సర్టిఫికెట్ కోసం రూ. 45 తీసుకోవాల్సి ఉండగా, రూ. 250 ఎందుకు తీసుకుంటున్నారని నిలదీశారు. అఫిడవిట్ లేకుండా సర్టిఫికెట్ ఇవ్వలేరా? అని తహసీల్దార్ రాజాగణేశ్ను ప్రశ్నించారు. మీ సేవ నిర్వాహకులను పిలిపించి డబ్బులు అధికంగా ఎందుకు తీసుకుంటున్నారని అడిగారు. వివిధ పనుల మీద కార్యాలయానికి వచ్చే వారిని ఇబ్బంది పెట్టొద్దని, అవసరమైన పత్రాలను తీసుకొని వెంటనే ధ్రువపత్రాలు ఇవ్వాలని ఆదేశించారు. అనంతరం మండల కేంద్రంలోని వ్యవసాయ కార్యాలయంతో పాటు, ఫర్టిలైజర్ దుకాణాలను తనిఖీ చేశారు. ఫర్టిలైజర్ యాప్ అమలుపై అధికారులను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. యాప్పై రైతులకు అవగాహన కల్పించాలని సూచించారు. కార్యక్రమంలో జిల్లా వ్యవసాయ అధికారి వెంకటరమణ, ఎంపీడీవో ధనుంజయగౌడ్, ఏవో యామారెడ్డి పాల్గొన్నారు.
