సాక్షి, విజయవాడ:రాష్ట్రంలో నిర్మాణంలో ఉన్న మెడికల్ కాలేజీల ప్రైవేటీకరణ అంశంపై సీఎం చంద్రబాబు కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. కాలేజీల నిర్మాణం, నిర్వహణ బాధ్యతలను ప్రైవేటు సంస్థలకే అప్పగించాలని నిర్ణయించారు. ఈ మేరకు బుధవారం నిర్వహించిన సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో సీఎం సంబంధిత అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
మెడికల్ కాలేజీలకు సరైన సంఖ్యలో బిడ్డర్లు ముందుకు రాకపోవడంపై చంద్రబాబు అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు. బిడ్డర్లు ముందుకు రాకపోవడంతో, ప్రైవేటు సంస్థలకే నిర్మాణం, నిర్వహణ బాధ్యతలు అప్పగించేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని సూచించారు.
ప్రాజెక్టులు ఆర్థికంగా సాధ్యసాధ్యాల పరంగా ముందుకు సాగేందుకు వయబిలిటీ గ్యాప్ ఫండింగ్ (VGF) అందించాలని సీఎం ఆదేశించారు. మెడికల్ కాలేజీల భూములను ప్రైవేటు సంస్థలు తమ అవసరాలకు అనుగుణంగా వినియోగించుకునే అవకాశం కల్పించాలని నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. ఆదోని మెడికల్ కాలేజీ విషయంలో ఇప్పటికే వచ్చిన సింగిల్ బిడ్కే టెండర్ను అప్పగించాలని ..మిగిలిన కాలేజీలకు మాత్రం మళ్లీ టెండర్ల ప్రక్రియ చేపట్టాలని సూచించారు. మరిన్ని ప్రైవేటు సంస్థలను పోటీకి ఆహ్వానించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని అధికారుల్ని ఆదేశించారు.

Sakshi, Vijayawada: Medical colleges under construction in the state CM Chandrababu took a key decision on the issue of privatisation. Chandrababu expressed his displeasure over not coming forward with the right number of bidders for medical colleges. As the bidders did not come forward, it was suggested that measures should be taken to hand over construction and management responsibilities to private companies.
The CM ordered to provide Viability Gap Funding (VGF) for the projects to move forward in terms of financial feasibility. It has been decided to provide an opportunity for private organizations to use the lands of medical colleges according to their needs. In the case of Adoni Medical College, it has been suggested that the tender should be handed over to the already received single bid. Officials were ordered to take steps to invite more private companies to compete.
