బెజ్జూరు, డిసెంబరు 24 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): గాలి పటాలను ఎగురవేసేందుకు చిన్నా పెద్ద తేడా లేకుండా ఆసక్తి చూపుతుంటారు. పతంగులు ఎగురవేసేందుకు ఎక్కడెక్కడి నుంచో మాంజా(నైలాన్, గాజు పూతతో కూడిన పదునైన దారం)లను తెప్పిస్తుంటా రు. ఇదే అదునుగుగా భావించిన వ్యాపారులు దృడంగా ఉండే చైనా మాంజాను విక్రయిస్తుంటారు. ప్లాస్టిక్తో తయారు చేసిన ఈ మాంజా పట్టుకొని పక్షులు, మూగజీవాలతో పాటు మనుషులూ ప్రమాదాల బారిన పడుతున్నారు. దీన్ని గుర్తించిన కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు చైనా మాంజాను నిషేధించాయి. 2016 జనవరి 13న ప్రభుత్వం జీవో 2ను వెలువరించింది. దీని ప్రకారం చైనా మాంజాను విక్రయిస్తూ పట్టుబడితే రూ.లక్ష జరిమానా, జైలు శిక్ష విధించవచ్చు.
- తనిఖీలు నిర్వహిస్తున్నా..
అధికారులు తరచూ దుకాణాల్లో తనిఖీలు నిర్వహిస్తున్నా వ్యాపారులు అధికారుల కళ్లు కప్పి విక్రయిస్తున్నారు. జిల్లాలో పలుచోట్ల యువకులు, చిన్నారులు సంక్రాంతి సమీపిస్తుండటంతో పతంగులు ఎగురవేస్తుంటారు. చైనా మాంజాకు బదులుగా స్థానికంగా ప్రమాదరహిత రసాయనాలు, ముడి వస్తువులతో తయారు చేసే లోకల్ మాంజాను వినియోగించాల్సిందిగా నిపుణులు సూచిస్తున్నారు. చైనా మాంజా తయారిలో గాజుపొడి, నైలాన్, సింథటిక్ దారాలు, హానికరమైన రసాయనాలు వాడు తుంటారు. ఈ మాంజా వల్ల జంతువులు, పక్షులు, మనుషులు కూడా గాయపడిన సంఘటనలు లేకపోలేదు. చైనా మాంజా వాడకాన్ని పూర్తిస్థాయిలో నిషేధించాలని అధికారులు, పర్యావరణ పరిరక్షకులు సూచిస్తున్నారు. చైనామాంజాను విక్రయించినా, కొనుగోలు చేసినా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని పోలీసు, రెవెన్యూ అధికారులు హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు.

వ్యాపారులు నిషేధిత చైనామాంజాను విక్రయిస్తే చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం. సంక్రాంతి పండగ సందర్భంగా పతంగులు ఎగురవేసే వారు చైనామాంజా వినియోగించవద్దు. ప్రభుత్వం నిషేధించిన ఈ మాంజాను విక్రయిస్తూ పట్టుబడితే కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం. ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ దీన్ని గమనించాలి.

Merchants who felt this was a necessity sold the hard Chinese Manja. Birds and hummingbirds as well as humans are affected by accidents by holding this manja made of plastic. Recognizing this, the central and state governments have banned China Manja. On January 13, 2016, the government released Jio 2. According to this, if you are caught selling China Manja, you can be fined Rs. 1 lakh and imprisoned. In many places in the district, young men and women fly kites as Sankranti approaches. Instead of Chinese manja, experts suggest to use local manja which is prepared locally with harmless chemicals and raw materials. Glass powder, nylon, synthetic threads and harmful chemicals are used in the manufacture of Chinese Manja. There have been no incidents of injuries to animals, birds and even humans due to this manja. Officials and environmentalists suggest that China ban the use of manja completely. Police and revenue officials are warning that action will be taken if Chinamanja is sold or bought.
