నేరాల జోరుకు పోలీసులు ఈ ఏడాది కొంతమేరకు కళ్లెం వేయగలిగారు. సైబర్ మోసాలు, మహిళలపై అఘాయిత్యాలు వంటి సంఘటనలు ఆందోళన కదిలించేలా ఉన్నాయి. గత ఏడాదితో పోలిస్తే జిల్లాలో 14.03 శాతం నేరాల సంఖ్య తగ్గింది. పకడ్బందీగా, ప్రణాళికబద్ధంగా బందోబస్తు ఏర్పాటు చేయడంతో గ్రామపంచాయతీ ఎన్నికలు ప్రశాంత నిర్వహణకు దోహదపడ్డాయి. వరదల సమయంలో పోలీసులు అందించిన సేవలు ప్రశంసలు అందుకున్నాయి. ఆర్మీ హెలికాప్టర్ల సాయంతో ఎనిమిది మందిని సురక్షితంగా రక్షించారు. వరదల్లో చిక్కుకున్న వారిని అప్రమత్తం చేయడంతో పాటు శిధిలావస్థకు చేరుకున్న ఇళ్ల నుంచి ప్రజలను సురక్షిత ప్రాంతానికి తరలించారు. ఎస్పీ గ్రీవెన్స్ డే ద్వారా 924 ఫిర్యాదు స్వీకరించి చట్టపరంగా న్యాయం చేశారు. మంగళవారం జిల్లా పోలీస్ కార్యాలయంలో ఎస్పీ మహేష్ బిగితే, అదనపు ఎస్పీ చంద్రయ్య, ఎఎస్పీ రుత్విక్ సాయి, డీఎస్పీ నాగేంద్రచారీలతో కలిసి రాజన్న సిరిసిల్ల జిల్లా 2025 క్రైం వార్షిక నివేదికను విడుదల చేశారు.
ఈ ఎడాది 2670 కేసులు..
రాజన్న సిరిసిల్ల జిల్లాలో నేరాల సంఖ్య గణనీయంగా తగ్గింది. జిల్లాలో గత ఏడాదితో పోలిసే ్త14.03 శాతం నేరాలు తగ్గిపోయాయి. 2024 సంవత్సరంలో 3106 కేసులు నమోదు కాగా ఈ ఎడాది 2670 కేసులు మాత్రమే నమోదయ్యాయి. జిల్లాలో ప్రధానంగా దొంగతనాలు, దోపిడీలు, హత్యలు వంటి కేసులు తగ్గిపోయాయి. గత సంవత్సరం దోపిడీలు,దొంగతానల సంఘటనలు 12 చోటు చేసుకోగా ఈసారి ఏడు సంఘటనలకే పరిమితమైంది. హత్యలు గత సంవత్సరం 13జరగగా ఈసారి 11 కేసులు జరిగాయి. వివిధ కేసుల్లో న్యాయస్థానాల్లో శిక్షలు పడేవిధంగా దర్యాప్తు చేసి సాక్ష్యాలు ప్రవేశపెట్టడంలో పోలీసులు ముందు వరుసలో నిలిచారు. గత ఏడాది 93 మందికి శిక్షలు పడితే ఈసారి 93 మందికి శిక్షలు పడ్డాయి. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ కేసులు గత సంవత్సరం 73 నమోదు కాగా ఈ సారి 59 కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయి. అస్తుల రికవరిలో 428 కేసులు నమోదు కాగా 273 కేసుల్లో రూ 48.53 లక్షలు, ఆ సంవత్సరం 339 కేసులు యమోదు కాగా 144 కేసుల్లో రూ 39.53 లక్షలు రివకరి చేశారు. ఈ సంవత్సరం 799 మొబైల్ పోగట్టుకున్నబాధితులకు 611 పోన్లను అప్పగించారు.
ఆగని అఘాయిత్యాలు
జిల్లాలో ఒకవైపు వివిధ నేరాలు తగ్గిన మహిళపై జరిగిన అఘాయిత్యాలు ఆందోళనకు దారితీస్తోంది. మహిళా సంబంధమైన కేసులు పెరుగుతున్నాయి. ఇందుకు ప్రధానంగా షీ టీం, భరోసా వంటి కార్యక్రమాలతో కళాశాలలో, పనిచేసే ప్రదేశాల్లో మహిళలకు అవగాహన కార్యక్రమాలు పెంచడంతోనే మహిళలు ధైర్యంగా తమకు జరిగిన అన్యాయంపై ఫిర్యాదు చేస్తూ ముందుకు వస్తున్నారని స్పష్టమౌతుంది. గత సంవత్సరం జిల్లాలో 20 అత్యాచార కేసులు నమోదు కాగా ఈసారి 31 కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయి. క్రైమ్ రేట్ 35.48 శాతంగా ఉంది. గత సంవత్సరం 53 ఫోక్సో కేసులు నమోదు కాగా ఈసారి 61 కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయి. షీ టీంల ద్వారా 300 అవగాహన సదస్సులు నిర్వహించారు. 99 మందికి కౌన్సిలింగ్ ఇవ్వడంతో పాటు 36 మందిపై పీటీ కేసులు, 29 మందిపై ఎఫ్ఐఆర్ ద్వారా కేసులు నమోదు చేశారు.
రెచ్చిపోతున్న సైబర్ నేరగాళ్లు
సైబర్ నేరాలపై ప్రజల్లో పోలీసులు అవగాహన కల్పిస్తున్న మోసపోతున్న సంఘటనలు చోటు చేసుకుంటూనే ఉన్నాయి. గత సంవత్సరం జిల్లాలో 82 కేసులు నమోదు కాగా ఈసారి 114 కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయి. గత సంవత్సరం 82 సంఘటనల్లో రూ 50.33 లక్షలు సైబర్ నేరగాళ్ల చేతికి చిక్కకుండా అడ్డుకోగా రూ 14.74 లక్షలు బాధితులకు అందించారు. ఈ సంవత్సరం 114 సంఘటనలు రూ 67.93 లక్షలను అడ్డుకోగా రూ 39.11 లక్షలు బాధితులకు అందించారు. సైబర్ నేరాలను అరికట్టే దిశగా జిల్లా సైబర్ బృందం అత్యాధునిక సాంకేతికతను వినియోగిస్తూ చాకచక్యంగా దర్యాప్తు చేపట్టి మహారాష్ట్ర, బీహార్, రాజస్థాన్, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, జార్ఖండ్, ఢిల్లీ తదితర రాష్ట్రాలలో నిందితులను అరెస్టు చేసి బాధితులకు న్యాయం చేకూర్చారు.
వ్యూహాత్మక విచారణలు.. నేరస్తులకు శిక్షలు
రాజన్న సిరిసిల్ల జిల్లాలో నేరాలకు పాల్పడిన వారికి న్యాయస్థానంలో శిక్షలు పడేవిధంగా జిల్లా పోలీసులు ముందు వరుసలో నిలిచారు. గత సంవత్సరం 73 కేసుల్లో శిక్షలు పడగా ఈసారి 95 కేసుల్లో శిక్షలు పడేవిధంగా విచారణ చేపట్టారు. ఈసారి ముగ్గురికి జీవిత ఖైదీ, ఐదుగురికి 10 సంవత్సరాల వరకు శిక్షలు, సంవత్సరం నుంచి ఐదు సంవత్సరాల వరకు మిగతా వారికి శిక్షలు పడే విధంగా చేశారు. లోక్ అదాలత్ ద్వారా 2344 కేసులు పరిష్కరించారు. అందులో ఎఫ్ఐఆర్ కేసులు 391 ఉండగా, ఈ పిటికేసుల 173 కేసులు, డ్రంక్ అండ్ డ్రైవ్ కేసులు 1780 ఉన్నాయి. క్లూస్ టీం ద్వారా గత సంవత్సరం 175 కేసుల్లో 32 కేసుల్లో నేరస్తులను అరెస్టు చేశారు. ఈసారి 104 కేసుల్లో 14 కేసులను చేధించి నేరస్తులను అరెస్టు చేయగలిగారు. జిల్లాలో 121 రౌడీషీట్లు అమల్లో ఉండగా, ఈ సంవత్సరం నాలుగు పీడీ యాక్ట్ కేసులు నమోదు చేశారు. డయల్ -100 ద్వారా వచ్చిన సమాచారం మేరకు ఐదు నిమిషాల్లోనే అప్రమత్తమైన పోలీసులు 18187 అటెండ్ చేశారు. జూదంలో 249 మందిపై కేసులు నమోదు చేసి రూ 4.88 లక్షలు నగదు సీజ్ చేశారు. గల్స్కు పంపిస్తామని మోసం చేసిన వారిపై 30 కేసులు నమోదు చేసి 28 మందిని అరెస్టు చేశారు. అధిక వడ్డీల పేరుతో సామాన్య ప్రజలను ఇబ్బందులకు గురి చేస్తున్న 12 మందిపై కేసులు నమోదు చేశారు. అక్రమంగా తరలిస్తున్న రేషన్ బియ్యం పట్టుకొని 76మందిని అరెస్ట్ చేశారు 438 క్వింటళ్ల బియ్యాన్ని సీజ్ చేశారు.
గంజాయి నియంత్రణ భేష్
మాదక ద్రవ్యాల నివారణ లక్ష్యంగా పోలీసులు చేపట్టిన చర్యలు సత్ఫలితాలు ఇస్తున్నాయి. జిల్లాలోని పాఠశాలలు, కళాశాలలో విద్యార్థులకు యాంటీ డ్రగ్స్ క్లబ్స్లు ఏర్పాటు చేసి వారిలో అవగాహన పెంపొందించారు. జిల్లాలో అనుమానిత వ్యక్తుల వద్ద నుంచి గంజాయి నమూనాలను గుర్తించడానికి డ్రగ్స్ టెస్ట్ కిట్లను విస్తృతంగా ఉపయోగించారు. జిల్లాలో గత సంవత్సరం 98 గంజాయి కేసుల్లో 268 మందిని అరెస్ట్ చేసి 41 కిలోల గంజాయిని పట్టుకున్నారు. ఈ సంవత్సరం49 గంజాయి కేసుల్లో 141 మందిని అరెస్ట్ చేసి 4 కిలోల 470 గ్రాములను సీజ్ చేశారు. డ్రగ్స్ నిర్మూలపై అవగాహన కల్పించడానికి ర్యాలీలు 5కే రన్ వంటి కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టారు.
తగ్గిన రోడ్డు ప్రమాదాలు
వాహనదారులు,విద్యార్థులకు రోడ్డు భద్రతపై అవగాహన కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించారు. ట్రాఫిక్ నియంత్రణ, వాహనాల వేగాన్ని తగ్గించడంతో పాటు ప్రతి పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ పరిధిలో సైన్ బోర్డ్స్, రబ్బర్ స్ట్రిప్స్ అప్రోచ్ రోడ్స్ స్పీడ్ బ్రేకర్లతో జిల్లాలో ఈ సంవత్సరం రోడ్డు ప్రమాదాలు తగ్గాయి. జిల్లాలో గత సంవత్సరం 294 సంఘటనలు జరగగా ఈ సంవత్సరం 253 సంఘటన చోటుచేసుకున్నాయి
ట్రాఫిక్ చలాన్ల జరిమానాలు రూ 4.28 కోట్లు
రాజన్న సిరిసిల్ల జిల్లాలో డ్రంక్ అండ్ డ్రైవ్, ఈ చలాన్ల కేసులు పెరిగాయి. డ్రంకెన్ డ్రైవ్, ఈ-చలాన్ల ద్వారా రూ 4.28 కోట్ల జరిమానాలు వసూలు చేశారు. 2023 సంవత్సరంలో రూ 37869285, గత సంవత్సరం 2024లో రూ 37814985 జరిమానా వసూళ్లు కాగా, ఈ సంవత్సరం రూ 42803095 వసూలు చేశారు. బహిరంగ ప్రదేశాల్లో మద్యం సేవించిన వారి నుంచి రూ 41.36 లక్షలు వసూలు చేశారు.
ప్రశాంతంగా పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికలు
జిల్లాలో మూడు విడతల్లో జరిగిన పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో ఎలాంటి అవాంఛనీయ సంఘటనలు చోటు చేసుకోకుండా ముందస్తు చర్యలతో ప్రశాంతంగా ఎన్నికల నిర్వహణ పూర్తి చేశారు. ఎన్నికల సమయంలో రూ 29.05 లక్షల నగదును సీజ్ చేశారు. 102 లిక్కర్ కేసులను నమోదు చేశారు. 1577 లీటర్ల మద్యాన్ని సీజ్ చేశారు. ఎన్నికల సందర్భంగా 789 మందిని బైండోవర్ చేశారు.

Reduced road accidents
Awareness programs were conducted for motorists and students on road safety.
