‘‘మన ప్రత్యర్థులు అణుసామర్థ్యం కలిగి ఉన్నారు. వారి నుంచి వచ్చే ఎలాంటి సవాలునైనా ఎదుర్కోవడానికి మనం సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలి. గతంలో నిర్వహించిన ఆపరేషన్ల మాదిరిగానే ఉగ్రవాదాన్ని ఎదుర్కోవడానికి స్వల్ప, దీర్ఘకాలిక ఘర్షణలకు సిద్ధపడాలి. ఇప్పటికే కొనసాగుతున్న సరిహద్దు వివాదాల కారణంగా భూతల ఘర్షణల్లో పోరాడేందుకు సంసిద్ధమవ్వాలి. అయితే వీటిని నివారించేందుకు అన్ని ప్రయత్నాలు చేయాలి. కృత్రిమ మేధ, క్వాంటమ్ కంప్యూటింగ్, హైపర్ సోనిక్స్, రోబోటిక్స్, ఎడ్జ్ కంప్యూటింగ్ పోరాట తీరును మారుస్తున్నాయి’’ అని అన్నారు.
