సుభాష్నగర్, డిసెంబరు 21 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలు పరిష్కరించకుండా వారి సహనాన్ని పరీక్షించవద్దని, ఉద్యమాలు తమకు కొత్త కాదని ఎంప్లాయిస్ జేఏసీ రాష్ట్ర చైర్మెన్, టీఎన్జీవోస్ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు మారం జగదీశ్వర్ అన్నారు. సోమవారం కరీంనగర్లోని టీఎన్జీవోస్ భవన్లో జిల్లా జేఏసీ నాయకులు ఆయనను మర్యాదపూర్వకంగా కలిశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ గతంలో ఉద్యోగుల కోసం ప్రభుత్వం ద్వారా నాలుగు వేల కోట్లను ఇప్పించామని, త్వరలోనే మరో 700 కోట్ల మంజూరుకు ప్రతిపాదనలు పంపించామని తెలిపారు. సరెండర్ లీవుల చెల్లింపులకు చర్యలు చేపట్టామని తెలిపారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఉద్యోగుల పెండింగ్ బిల్లులు నెలకు 700 కోట్లు పెరుగుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో వాటిని నియంత్రించేందుకు నెలకు కనీసం 1,500 కోట్లు విడుదల చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కోరినట్లు తెలిపారు. ఉద్యోగుల హెల్త్కార్డుల విషయంలో ప్రభుత్వం కసరత్తు చేస్తోందన్నారు. వచ్చే వారం జాయింట్ స్టాఫ్ కౌన్సిల్ సమావేశం నిర్వహించి, అందులోనే హెల్త్కార్డులపై స్పష్టమైన ప్రకటన చేస్తారని భావిస్తున్నారని తెలిపారు. ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలు పరిష్కారం కాకపోతే రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా కార్యాచరణ ప్రకటిస్తామని, ప్రభుత్వం ఉద్యోగుల సహనాన్ని పరీక్షించవద్దన్నారు. అనంతరం జిల్లా జేఏసీ నాయకులు మాట్లాడుతూ ఉద్యోగులు తీవ్ర అసంతృప్తి, ఆవేదనతో ఉన్నారని తెలిపారు. పదవీ విరమణ పొందిన వారికి రిటైర్మెంట్ బెనిఫిట్స్ రాకపోవడంతో తీవ్రమైన మానసిక వేదనకు గురవుతున్నారని తెలిపారు. పిల్లల పెళ్లిళ్లు చేయలేక, అప్పులు తీర్చలేక కొందరు ఆత్మహత్యలకు పాల్పడుతున్నారన్నారు. ఈ విషయాలను జేఏసీ చైర్మెన్ దృష్టికి తీసుకువచ్చామన్నారు. కార్యక్రమంలో ఎంప్లాయీస్ జేఏసీ జిల్లా చైర్మెన్ దారం శ్రీనివాస్రెడ్డి, జిల్లా కన్వీనర్, టీజీవోస్ జిల్లా అధ్యక్షుడు మడిపల్లి కాళీచరణ్గౌడ్, కోశాధికారి ముప్పిడి కిరణ్కుమార్రెడ్డి, రాష్ట్ర ఉపాధ్యక్షుడు రాగి శ్రీనివాస్, నాలుగో తరగతి ఉద్యోగుల సంఘం ఉమ్మడి జిల్లా అధ్యక్షుడు కోట రామస్వామి, పీఆర్టీయూ అధ్యక్ష, కార్యదర్శులు కరుణాకర్రెడ్డి, జయపాల్రెడ్డి, గోనె శ్రీనివాస్, విజయేందర్రెడ్డి, శ్యాంకుమార్, విద్యాసాగర్, దివాకర్ పాల్గొన్నారు.

Subhashnagar, December 21 (Andhra Jyoti): Employees JAC state chairman and TNGOS state president Maram Jagadeeswar said that employees' patience should not be tested without solving their problems and that agitations are not new to them. District JAC leaders paid a courtesy call on him at TNGOS Bhavan in Karimnagar on Monday.
