న్యూఢిల్లీ:గోవా జిల్లా పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో బీజేపీ సారథ్యంలోని ఎన్డీయే (NDA) ఘన విజయం సాధించడంపై ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీ (Narendra Modi) హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. సుపరిపాలన, ప్రగతిశీల రాజకీయాలకు ప్రజలు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పు ఇదని ప్రశంసించారు. ఈ మేరకు ఆయన సామాజిక మాధ్యమం 'ఎక్స్'లో ట్వీట్ చేశారు.


'సుపరిపాలనకు గోవా ప్రజలు అండగా నిలిచారు. ప్రగతిశీలక రాజకీయాలకు పట్టం కట్టారు. జిల్లా పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో బీజేపీ-ఎంజీపీ (ఎన్డీయే) కుటుంబానికి బలమైన మద్దతు ఇచ్చిన నా సోదరులకు, సోదరీమణులకు కృతజ్ఞతలు' అని అన్నారు. గోవా అభివృద్ధి దిశగా ఎన్డీయే చేస్తున్న ప్రయత్నాలకు ప్రజాతీర్పు మరింత ఉత్సాహాన్ని ఇచ్చిందని, రాష్ట్ర ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలను నెరవేర్చేందుకు తమ ప్రభుత్వం పునరకింతమవుతుందని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఇంతటి ఘనవిజయానికి కారణమైన కార్యకర్తలను ప్రధాని అభినందించారు.


గోవాలో బీజేపీ నెంబర్ 1

జిల్లా పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో బీజేపీపై నమ్మకం ఉంచి ఘన విజయం అందించిన ఓటర్లకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రమోద్ సావంత్ కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు. బీజేపీ-ఎంజీపీ కూటమి నుంచి గెలుపొందిన అభ్యర్థులను అభినందించారు. ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీ సారథ్యంలో డబుల్ ఇంజన్ ప్రభుత్వంపై ప్రజలు నిర్ణయాత్మక తీర్పునిచ్చారని అన్నారు. 'గోవాలో బీజేపీ నెంబర్ 1. ఇంతటి ఘనవిజయంతో బీజేపీని ఆశీర్వదించిన ప్రజలందరికీ కృతజ్ఞతలు' అని సామాజిక మాధ్యమం 'ఎక్స్'లో సీఎం పేర్కొన్నారు.


30 సీట్లతో ఏకైక పెద్ద పార్టీ

గోవా జిల్లా పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల ఫలితాలు సోమవారంనాడు వెలువడ్డాయి. మొత్తం 50 సీట్లలో 30 సీట్లు బీజేపీ గెలుచుకుని ఏకైక పెద్ద పార్టీగా నిలిచింది. కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ 8 సీట్లు, స్వతంత్ర అభ్యర్థులు 5 సీట్లు గెలుచుకున్నారు. మహారాష్ట్ర గోమంతక్ పార్టీ (ఎండీపీ) రెండు స్థానాల్లో గెలుపొందగా, గోవా ఫార్వార్డ్ పార్టీ (జీఎఫ్‌పీ), ఆమ్ ఆద్మీ పార్టీ (ఆప్), రివల్యూషనరీ గోన్స్ పార్టీ (ఆర్‌జీపీ) ఒక్కో సీటు చెప్పున గెలుచుకున్నాయి. బీజేపీ ఈ ఎన్నికల్లో ఎంజీపీతో కలిసి పోటీ చేయగా, జీఎఫ్‌పీ పొత్తుతో కాంగ్రెస్ పోటీ చేసింది. 2027లో గోవా అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికలు జరగనుండగా, 2012 నుంచి రాష్ట్రంలో బీజేపీ అధికారంలో ఉంది.

New Delhi:Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed happiness over the victory of the BJP-led NDA in the Goa district panchayat elections. He praised this as the judgment given by the people for good governance and progressive politics. To this extent, he tweeted on the social media 'X'.


'The people of Goa stood by good governance. Crowned progressive politics. I am thankful to my brothers and sisters who strongly supported the BJP-MGP (NDA) family in the Zilla Panchayat elections. He said that the popular vote has given more enthusiasm to the efforts of the NDA towards the development of Goa and that their government will redouble its efforts to fulfill the aspirations of the people of the state. The Prime Minister congratulated the activists who were responsible for such a great victory.


BJP No. 1 in Goa

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant thanked the voters who trusted BJP and gave them a great victory in the district panchayat elections. He congratulated the winning candidates from the BJP-MGP alliance. He said that people have given a decisive verdict on the double engine government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. 'BJP is number 1 in Goa. Thank you to all the people who have blessed BJP with such a great victory' said the CM on social media 'X'. Out of total 50 seats, BJP won 30 seats and became the single largest party. Congress party won 8 seats and independent candidates won 5 seats. Maharashtra Gomantak Party (MDP) won two seats while Goa Forward Party (GFP), Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP) won one seat each. While BJP contested this election with MGP, Congress contested with GFP alliance. While the Goa assembly elections are due in 2027, the BJP has been in power in the state since 2012.
