LIC Housing Finance | దిల్లీ: ప్రముఖ హౌసింగ్ ఫైనాన్స్ కంపెనీ ఎల్ఐసీ హౌసింగ్ ఫైనాన్స్ లిమిటెడ్ (LIC Housing Finance) గృహ రుణాలపై వడ్డీ రేట్లను తగ్గించింది. కొత్తగా రుణాలు తీసుకునే వారికి వడ్డీ రేట్లు 7.15 శాతం నుంచే ప్రారంభమవుతాయని ఓ ప్రకటనలో తెలిపింది. నేటి నుంచే (డిసెంబర్ 22) సవరించిన రేట్లు అమల్లోకి వస్తాయని తెలిపింది. సొంతింటి కలను నెరవేర్చేందుకు ఈ నిర్ణయం తోడ్పడుతుందని ఎల్ఐసీ హౌసింగ్ ఫైనాన్స్ ఓ ప్రకటనలో తెలిపింది. ఆర్బీఐ ఇటీవల 25 బేసిస్ పాయింట్ల మేర రెపోరేటును తగ్గించిన నేపథ్యంలో పలు బ్యాంకులు ఇప్పటికే వడ్డీ రేట్లను తగ్గించాయి. ఈ క్రమంలోనే ఎల్ఐసీ హౌసింగ్ ఫైనాన్స్ కూడా రుణ గ్రహీతలకు ఊరట కల్పిస్తూ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది.

LIC Housing Finance | Delhi: Leading housing finance company LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC Housing Finance) has reduced interest rates on home loans. Interest rates for new borrowers will start from 7.15 percent, according to a statement. It said that the revised rates will come into effect from today (December 22). LIC Housing Finance said in a statement that this decision will help to fulfill the dream of owning a home. Many banks have already reduced interest rates in the wake of RBI's recent cut in repo rate by 25 basis points. In this order, LIC Housing Finance has also taken a decision to provide relief to borrowers.
