పెద్దపల్లి జిల్లా, డిసెంబరు22 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి):బీఆర్ఎస్ అధినేత కేసీఆర్పై (KCR)తెలంగాణ మంత్రి ఉత్తమ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి (Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy)తీవ్ర ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. తమ ప్రభుత్వంపై అనవసరంగా విమర్శలు చేస్తే చూస్తూ ఊరుకోమని హెచ్చరించారు. కేసీఆర్ చెప్పేవన్నీ అసత్యాలేనని విమర్శించారు. పాలమూరు - రంగారెడ్డి ప్రాజెక్టుకు రూ. 27 వేల కోట్లు ఖర్చు పెట్టారని.. అయిన 90 శాతం పనులు కూడా ఎందుకు పూర్తి చేయలేదని ప్రశ్నించారు. కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వం రూ.5 వేల కోట్లు పెండింగ్ బిల్లులు పెట్టిందని ఆరోపించారు. పాలమూరు - రంగారెడ్డి ప్రాజెక్టుకు ఎన్విరాన్మెంట్ క్లియరేన్స్ రాలేదని చెప్పుకొచ్చారు. పాలమూరు - రంగారెడ్డి ప్రాజెక్టు పూర్తి చేయకుండా మహబూబ్నగర్ ప్రజలను బీఆర్ఎస్ మోసం చేసిందని ధ్వజమెత్తారు మంత్రి ఉత్తమ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి.
ఇవాళ(సోమవారం)పెద్దపల్లి జిల్లాలో మంత్రి ఉత్తమ్ పర్యటించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా గుంపుల, అడవి సోమనపల్లి గ్రామాల్లో కూలిపోయిన చెక్ డ్యాంలను పరిశీలించారు. ఈ ఘటనపై అధికారులపై తీవ్ర ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. గుంపుల, అడవి సోమనిపల్లి గ్రామాల్లో కూలిపోయిన చెక్ డ్యాంలపై విజిలెన్స్ విచారణకు ఆదేశించామని తెలిపారు. ఈ పనులను నాసిరకంగా, నాణ్యతలేమితో నిర్మించినా లేదా ఎవరైనా కావాలనే ధ్వంసం చేసినట్లు తేలినా కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని హెచ్చరించారు. ఈ విషయాన్ని తమ ప్రభుత్వం చాలా సీరియస్గా తీసుకుందని అన్నారు. ఈ విచారణను వేగవంతం చేసి బాధ్యులను గుర్తించాలని ఇప్పటికే విజిలెన్స్ అధికారులను ఆదేశించామని అన్నారు. రైతన్నలకు మేలు చేసే చెక్ డ్యాంలను ఎవరైనా కావాలని ధ్వంసం చేయడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తే ఊపేక్షించబోమని మంత్రి ఉత్తమ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి హెచ్చరించారు.

ఎస్ఎల్బీసీ ఎందుకు పూర్తి చేయలేదు..
‘పాలమూరు, డిండి, ఎస్ఎల్బీసీ ప్రాజెక్టులను కేసీఆర్ ఎందుకు పూర్తి చేయలేదు. కేసీఆర్, హరీశ్రావు బరితెగించి మాట్లాడుతున్నారు. కేసీఆర్ అప్పులు తీర్చడానికి మా ప్రభుత్వం ఏడాదికి రూ.16 వేల కోట్లు కడుతుంది. కాళేశ్వరం పేరుతో రాష్ట్రాన్ని సర్వనాశనం చేశారు. సిగ్గులేకుండా మళ్లీ ఇప్పుడు కేసీఆర్, హరీశ్రావు మాట్లాడుతున్నారు. 45 టీఎంసీల లేఖ కొత్తది కాదు... బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం ఒప్పందం చేసుకున్న దానినే మేము లేఖలో రాశాం. 90 టీఎంసీలను గతంలో కేసీఆరే డివైడ్ చేసి 45టీఎంసీలుగా చేశారు. పాలమూరుకు ఇప్పటికీ పూర్తిగా పర్యావరణం అనుమతులు రాలేదు. పదేళ్ల పాటు పాలమూరు పూర్తి చేయకుండా అక్కడి ప్రజలను మోసం చేసింది కేసీఆరే. బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వంలో 90శాతం పనులు పూర్తి అయితే... ఒక్క ఎకరాకు కూడా నీళ్లు ఎందుకు ఇవ్వలేదు’ అని మంత్రి ఉత్తమ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి ప్రశ్నించారు.
