A fight broke out between four friends at Ayyappa Cafe in Arvind Nagar, Ananthapuram district. Ajay and two others attacked a young man named Raju with a knife while under the influence of ganja. The king was seriously injured. Two Town CI Srikanth Yadav who reached there on the information of the locals went to Itikalapalli to arrest the accused Ajay. Ajay also attacked the CI who came to arrest him with a knife. CI Srikanth opened fire on Ajay while trying to escape. Immediately after receiving the information, the police reached there and took the young man named Ajay who was injured in the firing along with CI Srikanth who was injured in the knife attack to the government hospital. The police have registered a case on this incident and have taken up the investigation.

Furthermore, SP Jagdish visited Two Town CI Srikant Yadav who is undergoing treatment at the government hospital. The CI was asked about what happened in connection with the firing incident. Speaking to the media later, the SP said that last night (Sunday) four friends got into a drunken fight in Arvinda Nagar. Raja, Sohel and Akram said that accused Ajay got into a drunken fight. Accused Ajay attacked his friend Raja with a knife. Raja was seriously injured in the attack.

Two Town Police Station CI Srikanth Yadav has registered a case and said that search operations have been initiated for the accused Ajay. Srikanth said that he got information that the accused Ajay was near the TV tower this morning. The CI went to the TV with his staff and the auto driver Baba to look for the accused. It is said that Ajay attacked the auto driver Baba at the TV tower with a knife and fled from there.

On receiving information that he was in the sugarcane plantation in Totapalli, two teams went for the accused Ajay.. But the accused Ajay attacked CI Srikanth Yadav with a knife again in the sugarcane plantation. Accused Ajay said that the CI and two others were injured in the attack. Three cases have been registered against the accused in this regard. Ajay said that he will ask the government to confiscate the properties. It is said that the accused is used to stealing and jalsa. They said that he attacked three people with a single knife.. Three cases have been registered. SP Jagdish made it clear that action will be taken to ensure strict punishment to the accused.
