ఢిల్లీ, డిసెంబరు22 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి):ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ డిప్యూటీ సీఎం పవన్ కల్యాణ్ (Pawan Kalyan), ప్రముఖ సినీనటుడు జూనియర్ ఎన్టీఆర్ (Jr NTR)దాఖలు చేసిన వ్యక్తిత్వ హక్కుల పిటిషన్లపై ఢిల్లీ హైకోర్టు (Delhi High Court)ఇవాళ(సోమవారం) విచారణ చేపట్టింది. జస్టిస్ మన్మీత్ ప్రీతం సింగ్ అరోరా ధర్మాసనం ఈ వ్యవహారాన్ని పరిశీలించింది.
సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో తమ ఫొటోలు, వీడియోలను అనుమతి లేకుండా వాణిజ్య అవసరాలకు వినియోగించడం, తప్పుడు ప్రచారం చేయడం వల్ల తమ వ్యక్తిత్వ హక్కులకు భంగం వాటిల్లుతోందని ఎన్టీఆర్, పవన్ కల్యాణ్ పిటిషన్లలో పేర్కొన్నారు. వీరిద్దరి తరఫున సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది సాయి దీపక్ వాదనలు వినిపించారు. మార్ఫింగ్ ఫొటోలు, అవమానకర పోస్టులు విస్తృతంగా ప్రచారంలో ఉన్నాయని న్యాయస్థానం దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లారు.
ఈ కేసుల్లో ఫ్లిప్కార్ట్, అమెజాన్, గూగుల్, ఎక్స్ (ట్విట్టర్), ఇన్స్టాగ్రామ్ను ప్రతివాదులుగా చేర్చారు. ఇప్పటికే కొన్ని లింకులను తొలగించినట్లు ప్రతివాదులు కోర్టుకు వివరించారు. అయితే తొలగించిన లింకులపై ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేయడానికి ముందు సంబంధిత ఖాతాదారులకు వాదనలు వినిపించే అవకాశం ఇవ్వాలని న్యాయస్థానం స్పష్టం చేసింది.
ఆ లింకులు అభిమానుల ఖాతాల నుంచి వచ్చినవని ఇన్స్టాగ్రామ్ నిరాకరణతో స్పష్టంగా పేర్కొనాలని హైకోర్టు సూచించింది. గూగుల్ తమ వినియోగదారులకు ఈ విషయాన్ని తెలియజేయాలని లేదా ఖాతాలను నిలిపివేయాలని ఆదేశించింది. సంబంధిత BSI, IP లాగిన్ వివరాలను మూడు వారాల్లో అందించాలని ఢిల్లీ హైకోర్టు ఆదేశిస్తూ తదుపరి విచారణను మే 12వ తేదీకి వాయిదా వేసింది.

Delhi, December 22 (Andhra Jyoti):The Delhi High Court (Delhi High Court) today (Monday) heard the personality rights petitions filed by Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and popular film actor Jr NTR. The bench of Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora examined this matter.
NTR and Pawan Kalyan have stated in the petitions that their personality rights are being violated due to the use of their photos and videos for commercial purposes without permission and false publicity in social media. Senior advocate Sai Deepak argued on behalf of both of them. It has been brought to the attention of the court that morphing photos and insulting posts are widely circulated.
Flipkart, Amazon, Google, X (Twitter) and Instagram have been included as defendants in these cases. The defendants explained to the court that some links have already been removed. However, the court made it clear that before issuing orders on the deleted links, the concerned clients should be given an opportunity to hear their arguments. Google has ordered its users to inform their users about this or have their accounts suspended. The Delhi High Court ordered the relevant BSI and IP login details to be provided within three weeks and adjourned the next hearing to May 12.
