ముగ్గురు ఆలోచనల నుంచి పుట్టింది
గ్రామీణ ప్రాంత యువత ఎదుర్కొన్న కష్టాలన్నీ అధిగమించి.. సైన్యంలో చేరినవారే అమూల్య బింధాని, మయూర్ దాస్, బిజయ్ ప్రధాన్. ఆ కష్టాలు వేరెవరూ పడకూడదన్న సంకల్పంతో 2021లో కళింగ ఉత్కల్ అకాడమీని ప్రారంభించారు. గ్రామీణ ప్రాంత యువతకే అధిక ప్రాధాన్యమిస్తున్నారు. తొలుత 40 మందితో అకాడమీని ప్రారంభించగా.. ఇప్పుడు 70 మంది యువతీయువకులు అక్కడ శిక్షణ పొందుతున్నారు. అయితే, దేహదారుఢ్య, రాత పరీక్షలకు సంబంధించి పూర్తి ఉచితంగా శిక్షణ ఇస్తారు. అయితే, భోజనానికి అయ్యే ఖర్చు మాత్రం వాళ్లే భరించుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. అది కూడా కష్టమైన వారికి రాయితీ ఇస్తారు.
షరతులు వర్తిస్తాయ్
అభ్యర్థులకు శిక్షణ ఇచ్చేందుకు నలుగురు ఉపాధ్యాయుల్ని నియమించారు. రాత పరీక్షలకు సంబంధించి వీరు తర్ఫీదు ఇస్తారు. అంతేకాకుండా 14 మంది వ్యాయామ శిక్షకులు కూడా అందుబాటులో ఉంటారు. ఉదయం 5 గంటల నుంచే వీరి శిక్షణ మొదలవుతుంది. వ్యాయామం, తరగతులు, ప్రాక్టీస్ టెస్టులు ఇదే అక్కడి ప్రపంచం. ఉద్యోగంలో చేరినవాళ్లు.. సెలవులపై ఇంటికి వచ్చినప్పుడు అకాడమీని సందర్శించి.. అక్కడ శిక్షణ పొందుతున్న వారికి తమ సూచనలు, సలహాలు ఇస్తుంటారు. వారితో ఒకట్రెండు రోజులు ఉండి మెళకువలు నేర్పిస్తుంటారు. అంతేకాకుండా తమ జీతంలో ప్రతినెలా కొంత మొత్తం అకాడమీకి విరాళంగా ఇస్తుంటారు. వాటితోనే అకాడమీని నిర్వహిస్తున్నట్లు బిజయ్ ప్రధాన్ చెప్పుకొచ్చారు. ఇక్కడ శిక్షణ పొందిన 40 మంది ఇప్పటికే ఇండియన్ ఆర్మీ, బీఎస్ఎఫ్, సీఆర్పీఎఫ్, పోలీస్ విభాగాల్లో పలుచోట్ల విధులు నిర్వహిస్తున్నట్లు ఆయన తెలిపారు.
ఇది అకాడమీ కాదు.. ఓ కుటుంబం
అక్కడికి వచ్చిన ప్రతి అభ్యర్థిదీ ఒక్కో కథ. సరైన శిక్షణ లేక పలుమార్లు విఫలమై అక్కడ చేరినవారు కొందరైతే.. పేదరికంతో శిక్షణ కోసం డబ్బులు ఖర్చు చేయలేక.. తమ కలలను సాకారం చేసుకోగలమో, లేదోనన్న.. సందిగ్ధంలో పడి ఇక్కడికి వచ్చినవారు కొందరు. అలాంటి వారందరినీ అక్కున చేర్చుకొని దిక్సూచీలా పని చేస్తోంది ఈ అకాడమీ. దీంతో వారందరికీ అకాడమీ మానసికంగా దగ్గరవుతోంది. కలల సాధనకు తోడ్పాటునందించిన అకాడమీని అమ్మలా భావించి.. ఇంటికి వచ్చిన ప్రతిసారీ అక్కడ సేదతీరేందుకు వస్తుంటారు. అక్కడ శిక్షణ పొందుతున్న వారికి మార్గనిర్దేశం చేస్తారు. ఒకట్రెండు రోజులు వారితో కలిసిఉండి.. సంతృప్తి పొందుతారు. దీంతో అక్కడ కుటుంబ వాతావరణం కనిపిస్తుంది. ఎంతో బాగుంది కదూ..!
