‘‘గతేడాది డిసెంబరులో ట్రీట్మెంట్ కోసం యూఎస్ వెళ్లా. ఆ టైమ్లో ఎప్పుడూ లేనంతగా ఎమోషనల్ అయ్యా. సర్జరీ తర్వాత ఐదారు గంటలకు స్పృహలోకి వచ్చా. ‘మళ్లీ ఇలా నీ చేయి పట్టుకుంటానో లేదో అనిపించింది’ అని నా భార్యతో చెప్పా. మళ్లీ మామూలు మనిషిని కావడానికి కొంత సమయం పట్టింది. భారత్లో అడుగుపెట్టిన క్షణం భావోద్వేగానికి గురయ్యా. నా యోగక్షేమాల గురించి తెలుసుకునేందుకు ఎవరైనా ఫోన్ చేసినా కళ్లలో నీళ్లు తిరిగేవి. ఇలాంటి ప్రేమ ఎవరికి దక్కుతుంది? కావాల్సినంత డబ్బు సంపాదించొచ్చుగానీ ప్రేక్షకుల అభిమానం పొందడం కష్టం’’ అని అన్నారు. క్యాన్సర్పై తన పోరాటాన్ని తెలియజేసేలా డాక్యుమెంటరీ రానుందని శివ రాజ్కుమార్ ఇటీవల తెలిపారు.
