హైదరాబాద్‌, డిసెంబరు 21 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి):కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీ ఆరు గ్యారెంటీలపై సోనియాగాంధీకి లేఖ రాసిన కేంద్ర మంత్రి కిషన్‌రెడ్డి.. దానికి ముందు ఎన్నికల ముందు మోదీ ఇచ్చిన హామీల అమలుపై లేఖ రాస్తే బాగుండేదని టీపీసీసీ కార్యనిర్వాహక అధ్యక్షుడు తూర్పు జగ్గారెడ్డి హితవు పలికారు. మోదీ ఇచ్చిన హామీల అమలుపై లేఖ రాస్తేనే.. ఆరు గ్యారెంటీలపై సోనియాగాంఽధీకి లేఖ రాసే అర్హత కిషన్‌రెడ్డికి ఉంటుందన్నారు. గాంధీభవన్‌లో ఆదివారం మీడియా సమావేశంలో జగ్గారెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ.. కేంద్రంలో బీజేపీకి అవకాశం ఇస్తే విదేశాల్లో ఉన్న నల్లధనాన్ని తీసుకువచ్చి తెలంగాణ సహా దేశంలో ఉన్న పేద ప్రజల బ్యాంకు ఖాతాల్లో రూ. 15 లక్షల చొప్పున వేస్తామంటూ ఎన్నికల ముందు మోదీ ఇచ్చిన హామీని గుర్తు చేశారు. అలాగే నిరుద్యోగులకు ఏడాదికి 2 కోట్ల చొప్పున ఉద్యోగాలూ ఇస్తానన్నారని చెప్పారు. మోదీ ప్రధాని అయి 11 ఏళ్లు గడిచినా ఈ రెండు హామీలనూ ఆయన నిలబెట్టుకోలేదని విమర్శించారు. సోనియాగాంధీ ఇచ్చిన హామీ మేరకు రాష్ట్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం గడిచిన రెండేళ్లుగా మహిళలకు ఆర్టీసీ బలస్సుల్లో ఉచిత ప్రయాణం, రూ.5 వందలకే గ్యాస్‌ సిలిండర్‌ను అందిస్తోందని చెప్పారు. మహిళలకు నెలకు రూ.2,500 చొప్పున ఇస్తామన్న హామీనీ త్వరలోనే అమలు చేయనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు.రైతు భరోసా పథకం కింద రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రైతులకు రూ.2 లక్షల వరకు పంట రుణాన్ని ఏక కాలంలో మాఫీ చేసిందని గుర్తు చేశారు. సన్న వడ్లకు క్వింటాలుకు రూ.500 చొప్పున బోనస్‌ కూడా ఇస్తోందన్నారు. వ్యవసాయ కూలీలకు రూ.12 వేల చొప్పున ఇచ్చే పథకాన్ని అమలు చేసేందుకు కసరత్తు జరుగుతున్నట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. కౌలు రైతులను గుర్తించే పనిలో ప్రభుత్వం ఉందని చెప్పారు. గృహజ్యోతి పథకంలో భాగంగా పేదలకు 200 యూనిట్ల వరకు ఉచితంగా విద్యుత్తును ఇస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. నియోజకవర్గానికి 3,500 చొప్పున ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లనూ మంజూరు చేశామన్నారు. రాజీవ్‌ ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ పరిమితిని రూ.10 లక్షలకు పెంచామని జగ్గారెడ్డి గుర్తు చేశారు. ఇవన్నీ ఇచ్చిన హామీలని, ఇవి కాకుండా ఇవ్వని హామీలూ అమలు చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. ప్రధానంగా రేషన్‌ దుకాణాల ద్వారా పేదలకు సన్నబియ్యం పంపిణీ చేస్తున్నామని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.

He said that the government is in the process of identifying tenant farmers. He said that up to 200 units of free electricity is being given to the poor as part of Grihajyoti scheme. He said that Indiramma houses were also sanctioned at the rate of 3,500 per constituency. Jaggareddy reminded that the limit of Rajiv Arogyashri has been increased to Rs.10 lakh.
