హైదరాబాద్‌, డిసెంబరు 21 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): ‘కృష్ణా జలాల విషయంలో ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రంలో కంటే కేసీఆర్‌ పదేళ్ల పాలనలోనే తెలంగాణకు ఎక్కువ అన్యాయం జరిగింది. కృష్ణా జలాల్లో ఏపీకి 511 టీఎంసీలు (64 శాతం), తెలంగాణకు 299 టీఎంసీలు (36 శాతం) చాలు అని సంతకం పెట్టింది కేసీఆరే. ఆ సంతకంతో మహబూబ్‌నగర్‌, రంగారెడ్డి, ఖమ్మం జిల్లాలకు మరణ శాసనం రాసిందీ ఆయనే. ఆ పాపానికి ప్రజలకు కేసీఆర్‌ క్షమాపణ చెప్పాలి. ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రం కంటే కేసీఆర్‌ సీఎంగా ఉన్న పదేళ్లలోనే తెలంగాణకు నీటి విషయంలో ఎక్కువ నష్టం జరిగింది. కాంగ్రెస్‌ హయాంలో ప్రారంభమైన భీమా, నెట్టెంపాడు, కోయిల్‌సాగర్‌, కల్వకుర్తి, పాలమూరు-రంగారెడ్డి, డిండి, ఎస్‌ఎల్‌బీసీ, సీతారామసాగర్‌, కొడంగల్‌-నారాయణపేట ఎత్తిపోతల పథకం... ఇలా కృష్ణా నదిపై ఉన్న ఒక్క ప్రాజెక్టును కూడా పదేళ్లలో పూర్తిచేయలేకపోయారు. అసలు కృష్ణా, గోదావరి జలాల విషయంలో ఇప్పటివరకు ఎప్పుడేం జరిగింది? ఎవరేం చేశారు? అని చర్చించేందుకు జనవరి రెండో తేదీ నుంచి అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాలు పెడతాం. కేసీఆర్‌ రావాలి. చర్చలో పాల్గొనాలి. ఒకరోజు కృష్ణా జలాల మీద, మరో రోజు గోదావరి జలాలపై చర్చిద్దాం. ఒక్కో అంశంపై రెండేసి రోజులు చర్చకు సిద్ధమన్నా సరే’ అని బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ అధినేత కేసీఆర్‌కు సీఎం రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి సవాల్‌ విసిరారు. తెలంగాణకు ద్రోహం చేసిందే కేసీఆర్‌ అని... అసెంబ్లీకి వస్తే ఆ ద్రోహిని నిలదీస్తామని అన్నారు. సభలో ఆయన గౌరవానికి భంగం కలగకుండా చూసుకునే బాధ్యత తనదని హామీ ఇచ్చారు. కేసీఆర్‌ క్రియాశీల రాజకీయాల్లో లేరని, సభకు వచ్చి చర్చిస్తేనే ఉన్నట్లని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. రోడ్డు మీద కాదు... అసెంబ్లీలో నీళ్లు-నిజాలపై చర్చిద్దామని సూచించారు. ‘కేసీఆర్‌ సభకు రాకుంటే ఆయన చెంచాలతో చ ర్చించాలా? వారికేం తెలుసు’ అని ప్రశ్నించారు. సీఎం రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి ఆదివారం తన నివాసంలో విలేకరులతో ఇష్టాగోష్టిగా మాట్లాడారు. ఆ వివరాలు ఆయన మాటల్లోనే...


కేసీఆర్‌ మారాడేమో అనుకున్నా...

అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికలు అయున రెండేళ్ల తర్వాత, పార్లమెంటులో గుండుసున్నా అయ్యాక, కంటోన్మెంట్‌, జూబ్లీహిల్స్‌ ఉప ఎన్నికల్లో ఓడిపోయాక, పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో పత్తా లేకుండా పోయాక అయినా కేసీఆర్‌ బయటికొచ్చారు.. సంతోషం. ప్రజల తీర్పుల తర్వాత అయినా ఆయన మారారేమో అనుకున్నా. కానీ రెట్టించిన ఉత్సాహంతో అబద్ధాలు చెప్పారు. కేసీఆర్‌కు తెలంగాణ ప్రజల జ్ఞాపకశక్తి మీద నమ్మకం లేదేమో కానీ.. నాకు ఉంది. అందుకే కేసీఆర్‌ చేసిన పాపాలు, ఘోరాలకు ప్రజలు ఎప్పటికప్పుడు ఎన్నికల్లో తీర్పులు ఇస్తూనే ఉన్నారు. కరడుగట్టిన నేరగాడు అయినా కొంత మారతాడు. కానీ, కేసీఆర్‌ మాత్రం జంకులేకుండా రంకు మాటలు మాట్లాడుతూనే ఉన్నారు. కృష్ణా జలాల్లో తెలంగాణకు 36 శాతం వాటా చాలని శాశ్వతంగా రాసిచ్చేసిందే కేసీఆర్‌. ఇది దాచిపెట్టి ప్రజలను తప్పుదారి పట్టించే మాటలు మాట్లాడుతున్నారు. మేం వచ్చాకే కృష్ణా జలాల్లో సగం వాటా కావాలని కొట్లాడుతున్నాం.

ఏపీ జలదోపిడీకి దోహదం చేసిందే కేసీఆర్‌

కర్ణాటక నుంచి కృష్ణా నీళ్లు తెలంగాణలోకి ప్రవేశించగానే జూరాల నుంచే ఆ నీటిని ఒడిసిపట్టాలి. పాలమూరు-రంగారెడ్డి ప్రాజెక్టుకు జూరాల నుంచి నీటిని తీసుకోవాలి. కానీ కేసీఆర్‌ నీరంతా రాయలసీమకు వెళ్లాక అక్కడి నుంచి తెలంగాణకు తీసుకునేలా ఒప్పుకున్నారు. మూతి దగ్గర నుంచి తీసుకోవాల్సింది తోక దగ్గర పెట్టారు. పైపులు, కాంట్రాక్టుల్లో కమీషన్ల కోసం తెలంగాణ ప్రయోజనాలను అమ్మేశారు. పోతిరెడ్డిపాడు, ముచ్చుమర్రి, మల్యాల, రాయలసీమ ఎత్తిపోతల పథకాలను పొగిడిందే కేసీఆర్‌. ఏపీ జలదోపిడీకి దోహదం చేసిందే ఆయన. పదేళ్లలో రూ.2 లక్షల కోట్లు సాగునీటి రంగంపై ఖర్చు చేశామన్నారు. ఇందులో రూ.1.80 లక్షల కోట్ల బిల్లులు ఇచ్చామన్నారు. కానీ, కృష్ణా నదిపై ఉన్న భీమా, నెట్టెంపాడు, కోయిల్‌సాగర్‌, కల్వకుర్తి, పాలమూరు-రంగారెడ్డి, డిండి, ఎస్‌ఎల్‌బీసీ, సీతారామసాగర్‌, కొడంగల్‌-నారాయణపేట ప్రాజెక్టుల్లో ఒక్కటైనా పూర్త్తిచేశారా? ప్రాజెక్టుల డబ్బులొచ్చే న ల్లా నీ ఇంట్లో ఇప్పుకున్నారు నగదంతా నీ ఇంటికి వచ్చింది. సంగెంబండ ప్రాజెక్టుకు అడ్డంగా ఉన్న బండను పగలగొట్టేందుకు కూడా డబ్బులివ్వలేదు. మేం వచ్చాక నిధులిచ్చాం. పాలమూరు-రంగారెడ్డి ప్రాజెక్టుకునాడు తాము 90 టీఎంసీల నీళ్లు అడిగితే.. ఇప్పుడు 45 టీఎంసీలకే ఒప్పుకున్నారని కేసీఆర్‌ ఆరోపించారు. ఆయన అసలు నికరజలాలు అడగ నే లేదు. కృష్ణా నది నికర జలాల్లో 36 శాతానికి ఒప్పుకోకుండా వాటా పెంచుకుని... అందులోనే ఆ నీటిని అడిగి ఉండొచ్చు కదా! కానీ, 45 టీఎంసీలు మైనర్‌ ఇరిగేషన్‌ కింద (నికర జలాలు) అడిగారు. మరో 45 టీఎంసీలు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ప్రభుత్వం గోదావరి నుంచి కృష్ణా నదికి పట్టిసీమ ద్వారా నీటిని తరలించినందుకు.. అందులో కూడా వాటాగా అని చూపించారు. దీనిపై పంచాయితీ ఉంది. దీన్ని కేంద్ర జలశక్తి శాఖ మంత్రి ఆధ్వర్యంలో తెలంగాణ, ఏపీ సీఎంలు సభ్యులుగా ఉండే అపెక్స్‌ కౌన్సిల్‌లో పరిష్కరించుకోవాలి. కానీ, కేసీఆర్‌ దీనిపై ట్రైబ్యునల్‌లో కేసువేశారు. దీంతో అది వివాదంలో ఉంది. ఆ కేసు తేలాక కదా ఆ 45 టీఎంసీల నీటి వ్యవహారం తేలేది? అది తేలకుండా ఈ డీపీఆర్‌ ఏంటి? మెదడుందా? అంటూ కేసీఆర్‌ మొహంమీద కేంద్ర సంస్థలు ఆ డీపీఆర్‌ను తిప్పికొట్టాయి. కేసీఆర్‌ ఆ కేసుల పరిష్కారం కోసం పదేళ్లపాటు చేసిందేమీ లేదు. మేం ఫాంహౌం్‌సలో పండుకోకుండా ఢిల్లీలో ఆ కేసుల సంగతి తేల్చేందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నాం. వరి పంట చేతికొచ్చే సమయంలో వడగళ్ల వానలా కేసీఆర్‌ ప్రసంగం ఉంది. పాలమూరు -రంగారెడ్డి ప్రాజెక్టు కట్టొద్దని కేసు వేసిన హర్షవర్ధన్‌రెడ్డికే కేసీఆర్‌ అసెంబ్లీ టికెట్‌ ఇచ్చారు. ఇది నిజం కాదా?


తండ్రీ, కొడుకులు ఆర్థిక ఉగ్రవాదులు

ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థపై కేసీఆర్‌ అత్యాచారం చేశారు. కేసీఆర్‌, కేటీఆర్‌లు ఆర్థిక ఉగ్రవాదులు. గుల్లచేసి నడిబజార్లో నిలబెట్టేశారు. భూకంపం వచ్చాక మిగిలిన శిథిలాల పరిస్థితిలా తెలంగాణ ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థను చేసేశారు. మేం ఇవన్నీ ఒక్కోటి చక్కపెడుతున్నాం. రూ.26 వేల కోట్ల రుణాలను రీస్ట్రక్చర్‌ చేశాం. సంసారం చేసేవాడు ఎవరైనా 12 శాతం వడ్డీకి అప్పు తెస్తారా?.. కేసీఆర్‌ తెచ్చారు. మేం దాన్ని 7.1 శాతానికి తగ్గించాం. అప్పుల చెల్లింపు కాలాన్ని 15 ఏళ్ల నుంచి 35 ఏళ్లకు పెంచాం. దీంతో ఏటా రూ.4 వేల కోట్లు ఆదా అవుతుంది. మరో రూ.86 వేల కోట్ల రుణాలను కూడా రీస్ట్రక్చరింగ్‌ చేయాలని కేంద్రాన్ని అడుగుతున్నాం. కేసీఆర్‌ తెచ్చిన అప్పులను తీర్చేందుకే కొత్త అప్పులు చేయాల్సి వస్తోంది.

కొడుకేమో కుర్చీ.. అల్లుడేమో చావు కోరుతున్నారు

నేను కేసీఆర్‌ చావును కోరుకుంటున్నానని అంటున్నారు. కానీ, ఆయన కాలు విరిగితే పరామర్శించి, మంచి వైద్యం అందించాలని కోరింది నేనే. ఆయన ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉండాలని.. అసెంబ్లీలో చర్చలకు రావాలని కోరుకుంటున్నాం. కానీ కొడుకేమో ఆయన కుర్చీ కోరుకుంటున్నాడు. హరీశ్‌రావు ఆయన చావు కోరుకుంటున్నాడు. కేసీఆర్‌ ఉన్నంతవరకు నేను ఆయన బాటలోనే అని ఇటీవల హరీశ్‌రావు అన్నారు. ఎవరికైనా దానర్ధం ఏంటో తెలుసు. కేసీఆర్‌ పోతే కేటీఆర్‌ను ఒక్క తన్ను తన్ని పార్టీని హరీశ్‌ లాక్కోవాలని చూస్తున్నారు. ఆయన ఇతర పార్టీల్లోకి వెళ్లరు. ఎందుకంటే బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ పార్టీ బ్యాంకు నిల్వ రూ.1,500 కోట్లు, పార్టీ ఆస్తులు రూ.3,500 కోట్లు ఉన్నాయి. కనిపించని వజ్ర వైఢూర్యాల సంగతి తెలీదు. కేసీఆర్‌ తర్వాత పార్టీని లాక్కుంటే ఆ ఆస్తి అంతా ఆయనదే. కేసీఆర్‌కు ఆ పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలతో కానీ, బయటివారితో కానీ ఎలాంటి ప్రమాదం లేదు. ప్రమాదమంతా కుటుంబంతోనే. కేసీఆర్‌ అధికారంలో ఉన్నప్పుడే... తానే సీఎం అయిపోతున్నా అని కేటీఆర్‌ కొత్త బట్టలు కుట్టించుకున్నాడు. కానీ.. కేసీఆర్‌ ఆ పదవి ఇవ్వడని నేనప్పుడే చెప్పా. ఇప్పుడు కేటీఆర్‌ ఐరన్‌ లెగ్‌. ఒక్క ఎన్నికల్లోనూ గెలవలేదు. హరీశ్‌రావును పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడిని చేయాలి అన్నవాదన పార్టీలో ప్రబలింది. అందుకే కేసీఆర్‌ మళ్లీ బయటికి వచ్చారు. ఆయన వ్యాఖ్యలపై మొరిగేందుకే నేను మీడియాతో ఇష్టాగోష్టి పెట్టానని అన్నారు. ఆయన వాడింది ఏం భాష? ఆయన వయసుకు తగిందేనా? ఆయన తమలపాకుతో కొడితే నేను తలుపు చెక్కతో దంచుతా. కానీ, అల్లుడు, కొడుకు ఆయన్ని చావు అంచులకు తెస్తున్నారని సానుభూతితోనే నేను ఉన్నా.


మా పాలనలోనే అధిక వినియోగం

గత 11 ఏళ్లలో తెలంగాణ అత్యధికంగా కృష్ణా జలాలను వాడుకున్నది మా ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చాకే. 299 టీఎంసీలకే కేసీఆర్‌ ఒప్పుకున్నా... కనీసం ఆ నీళ్లను కూడా ఏ ఒక్క ఏడాదీ వాడుకోలేదు. మేం వచ్చాక అత్యధికంగా ఈ ఏడాది 286 టీఎంసీల నీటిని వాడుకున్నాం. అంతేకాదు.. మా హయాంలోనే వరిపంటలో సాగులో తెలంగాణ దేశంలోనే ప్రథమ స్థానంలో నిలిచింది. కూలేశ్వరం (కాళేశ్వరం ఎత్తిపోతల పథకం) లేకున్నా నెంబర్‌వన్‌గా నిలిచాం.

కేసీఆర్‌ సభలు పెట్టే చోట..ఈ వీడియో ప్రదర్శిస్తాం

ఏపీలోని ప్రాజెక్టులను సమర్థిస్తూ కేసీఆర్‌ మాట్లాడిన వీడియోలను సీఎం రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి తన ఫోన్‌లో చూపించారు. ‘తెలంగాణ భూభాగం అత్యంత ఎత్తులో ఉంది. ఏపీలో సమతలంగా ఉంది. నదీ నీటిని ఎత్తిపోయడమంటే భారీ ఖర్చు. ఇచ్చాపురం నుంచి శ్రీకాళహస్తి వరకు బరాజ్‌లు కట్టుకోవాలని చంద్రబాబుకు చెప్పాను. దుమ్ముగూడెం దాటాక ఇక మేం ఒక్కచుక్క నీటిని తీసుకోలేం. ఏం వాడుకున్నా ఏపీ సోదరులే వాడుకోవాలి. కాబట్టి నాయుడుపేట - కాళహస్తి వరకు నీళ్లు తీసుకెళ్లాలని చంద్రబాబుకు చెప్పా. నేను చెప్పాకే చంద్రబాబు ఆ ప్రాజెక్టు మీద వ్యాప్కో్‌సకు ప్రతిపాదన సిద్ధం చేయాలని ఇచ్చారు. ఏపీలో చంద్రబాబు పట్టిసీమ కట్టారు. అది అభినందనీయం. మంచిదే. చేసుకోమని చెప్పా. కృష్ణా, గోదావరి నీటి వాడకంలో చిల్లర పంచాయితీలు వద్దు. రెండు ప్రాంతాలు గౌరవంగా వాడుకోవాలి’ అని కేసీఆర్‌ గతంలో చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యల వీడియోలను రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి చూపించారు. చంద్రబాబునాయుడి పేట శ్రీకాళహస్తి... ఎర్రంనాయుడి పేట ఇచ్చాపురం వరకు నీటిని తీసుకెళ్లమని సలహా ఇచ్చిందే కేసీఆర్‌ అని ఆరోపించారు. ‘పట్టిసీమ కడితే పొగిడిందే కేసీఆర్‌. రాయలసీమకు నీటిని తీసుకెళ్లాలని చెప్పిందే కేసీఆర్‌. పోతిరెడ్డిపాడు నుంచి 10 టీఎంసీల కృష్ణా నీటిని తీసుకెళ్లాలన్నదే కేసీఆర్‌. రెండు టీఎంసీల పాలమూరు-రంగారెడ్డి ఎత్తిపోతలను ఒక్క టీఎంసీకి కుదించిందీ ఆయనే. కేసీఆర్‌ పెడతానన్న బహిరంగసభల వద్ద అసెంబ్లీలో అతను మాట్లాడిన ఇదే వీడియోను ప్రదర్శిస్తాం’ అని తెలిపారు.


బీజేపీతో బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ సయోధ్య..

కేంద్రంలోని బీజేపీ ప్రభుత్వంతో బీఆర్‌ఎ్‌సకు ఇప్పటికిసయోధ్య కుదిరినట్లుంది. అందుకే కాళేశ్వరం కూలుడుపై సీబీఐ విచారణ జరిపించాలని మేం అడిగితే ఇప్పటికీ కేంద్రం నుంచి అనుమతి లేదు. ఫోన్‌ట్యాపింగ్‌ విషయంలో ఐఏఎస్‌ అధికారి అరవింద్‌కుమార్‌ విచారణకు కేంద్రం అనుమతివ్వాల్సి ఉంది. దానికి కూడా మేం లేఖ రాశాం. దానికీ కేంద్రం అనుమతించలేదు. దీన్నిబట్టే అర్థం కావడం లేదా? కేసీఆర్‌కే కేంద్రంతో సయోధ్య కుదిరిందని?

కేసీఆర్‌ చంద్రబాబు శిష్యుడే...

చంద్రబాబునాయుడి శిష్యుడే కేసీఆర్‌. ఆయనకు మంత్రి పదవి ఇచ్చింది ఎన్టీఆర్‌ కాదు.. చంద్రబాబే. అందుకే సీఎం కేసీఆర్‌ సీఎంగా ఉన్నప్పుడు చంద్రబాబుకు గోదావరి నీటిని వాడుకోవాలని చెప్పా అన్నట్లున్నారు. కృష్ణా నీటిని గోదావరితో అనుసంధానం చేసినందుకు మెచ్చుకున్నారు అని సీఎం రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి విమర్శించారు.

పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో 87 అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో మేం ముందున్నా. 6 స్థానాల్లో బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌, ఒక్క స్థానంలో బీజేపీ ముందున్నాయి. నేను చెప్పింది తప్పయితే పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో విజయాలపై నిజనిర్ధారణ కమిటీ వేద్దాం.. సిద్ధమా? ఫ్యూచర్‌ సిటీపై కేసీఆర్‌ చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలు వింటే.. పదేళ్లు సీఎంగా చేసిన వ్యక్తేనా అలా మాట్లాడింది అనిపించింది. చర్లపల్లి, నాచారం పారిశ్రామిక వాడలను ఫ్యూచర్‌ సిటీకి తరలించాలని కేసీఆర్‌ అన్నారు. మేం అదే పని చేయడానికి హిల్ట్‌ పాలసీ తెస్తే కేటీఆర్‌ తప్పంటున్నారు. తండ్రీ కొడుకుల మధ్యనే ఏకాభిప్రాయం లేదు.

He commented that KCR is not in active politics, he only comes to the House and discusses. Not on the road... He suggested that we should discuss water-facts in the assembly. Whether KCR will change...

Even after two years of Assembly elections, after losing the Parliament, losing in the Cantonment and Jubilee Hills by-elections, and losing a seat in the Panchayat elections, KCR came out.. Happy. Even after people's judgments, I thought he would change. But lied with redoubled enthusiasm. KCR may not have faith in the memory of Telangana people but I do. That's why people continue to judge KCR's sins and atrocities from time to time in elections. Even a hardened criminal changes somewhat. But, KCR kept on talking nonsense. KCR has written permanently that Telangana's 36 percent share in Krishna waters is enough. They hide it and speak misleading words. We have been fighting for half share of Krishna water since we arrived.

KCR has contributed to AP water robbery

When Krishna water enters Telangana from Karnataka, that water should be diverted from Jura. For the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy project, water needs to be taken from Jura. But KCR agreed to take all the water to Rayalaseema from there to Telangana. What should have been taken from the muzzle was placed near the tail. Telangana interests were sold for commissions in pipelines and contracts. KCR praised Pothireddypadu, Muchumarri, Mallya and Rayalaseema lift schemes. He contributed to AP water robbery. He said that Rs. 2 lakh crores have been spent on the irrigation sector in ten years. In this, bills of Rs.1.80 lakh crore have been given. But, have any of the Bhima, Nettempadu, Koilsagar, Kalvakurti, Palamuru-Rangareddy, Dindi, SLBC, Sitaramasagar, Kodangal-Narayanapeta projects on the Krishna River been completed? All the money given to you in your house by those who gave you the money for the projects came to your house. No money was even given to break the rock across the Sangembanda project. When we arrived, we gave funds. KCR alleged that if they asked for 90 TMC of water for the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy project, now they have agreed to 45 TMC. He did not ask for clean water. Without agreeing to 36 percent of the net water of the Krishna River, they could have asked for that water! But, 45 TMCs were asked under minor irrigation (net water). Another 45 TMC was shown as a share of Andhra Pradesh government for moving water from Godavari to Krishna river through Pattiseema. There is a panchayat on this. This should be resolved in the Apex Council under the leadership of the Union Minister of Hydropower, in which the CMs of Telangana and AP are members. But, KCR filed a case in the tribunal. So it is in dispute. If that case is resolved, will the 45 TMC water issue be resolved? What is this DPR without that? Is it the brain? By saying that, the central organizations rejected the DPR on KCR's face. KCR has not done anything for solving those cases for ten years. We are trying to resolve those cases in Delhi instead of in farm houses. KCR's speech is like a hailstorm at the time of paddy harvest. Harshavardhan Reddy, who filed a case against construction of the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy project, was given the assembly ticket by KCR. Isn't this true?


Father and son are economic terrorists

KCR has raped the economy. KCR and KTR are financial terrorists. Gullachesi and placed in Nadibazar. After the earthquake, the economy of Telangana was made like the rest of the ruins. We are fixing all these one by one. We have restructured loans of Rs.26 thousand crores. Will anyone who does anything bring a loan at 12 percent interest?..KCR brought it. We reduced it to 7.1 percent. We have increased the repayment period from 15 years to 35 years. This will save Rs.4 thousand crores annually. He will not join other parties. Because BRS party bank reserves are Rs.1,500 crores and party assets are Rs.3,500 crores. Unseen Vajra Vaidhurya is unknown. If KCR steals the party, all that property will be his. KCR has no danger with MLAs of that party or outsiders. All the danger is with the family. When KCR was in power... KTR sewed new clothes wondering if he would become CM himself. But.. I said that KCR will not give that post. Now KTR iron leg. He did not win a single election. The argument that Harish Rao should be made the party president prevailed in the party. That is why KCR came out again. He said that I have made friends with the media to bark at his comments. Excessive use in our regime

In the last 11 years, Telangana has used the Krishna waters the most since our government came. Even though KCR has agreed to only 299 TMC... at least that water has not been used in a single year. Since we came, we have used 286 TMC of water this year. Moreover.. Telangana has stood first in the country in rice cultivation during our time. Even without Kooleshwaram (Kaleshwaram lift scheme), we have become number one.

Where KCR holds meetings..we will show this video

CM Revanth Reddy showed the videos of KCR's speech in support of the projects in AP on his phone. The territory of Telangana is very high. It is flat in AP. Lifting river water is a huge expense.
