గుంటూరు, డిసెంబరు 21 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి):భవిష్యత్లో రాజధాని అమరావతిని ఎవరూ తరలించడానికి వీల్లేకుండా చట్టబద్ధత కల్పించేందుకు కేంద్రం అంగీకరించిందని కేంద్ర గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి, కమ్యూనికేషన్ల శాఖ సహాయ మంత్రి పెమ్మసాని చంద్రశేఖర్ చెప్పారు. 2024 నుంచి ఈ చట్టబద్ధతను అమల్లోకి తెస్తామని కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా హామీ ఇచ్చారని తెలిపారు. దీనికి సంబంధించి అటార్నీ జనరల్తో కూడా చర్చించినట్లు వెల్లడించారు. ఆదివారం తాడేపల్లిలోని తన నివాస సముదాయంలో పెమ్మసాని మీడియాతో ఇష్టాగోష్ఠిగా మాట్లాడారు. రాజధానికి త్వరలోనే ప్రత్యేకంగా పిన్కోడ్, ఎస్టీడీ, ఐఎ్సడీ కోడ్లను మంజూరు చేయబోతున్నామన్నారు. విభజన చట్టంలో మంజూరై అమరావతికి కేటాయించిన అన్ని కేంద్ర సంస్థలతో చర్చలు జరిపి వాటి ఆఫీసుల ఏర్పాటుకు చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని చెప్పారు. తాను పర్యవేక్షించే తపాలా శాఖ హెడ్ ఆఫీసు పనులు మరో మూడు నెలల్లో రాజధానిలో ప్రారంభమవుతాయన్నారు. రాజధాని రైతులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న సమస్యలను ఒక్కొక్కటిగా పరిష్కరిస్తూ వాళ్లలో సంతృప్తి నెలకొల్పుతున్నామని చెప్పారు. ‘రాజధాని నగరంలో జనసాంద్రత పెంచేందుకు అవసరమైన అన్ని చర్యలూ చేపడతాం.
ప్రధానంగా ప్రైవేటు పెట్టుబడులను ఆకర్షిస్తాం. కొన్ని ఐటీ కంపెనీలను అమరావతిలో ఏర్పాటు చేసే విషయంపై సీఎం చంద్రబాబుతో చర్చిస్తా. ప్రస్తుతం నిర్మాణం జరుగుతున్న ప్రభుత్వ కాంప్లెక్సులు, హైకోర్టు, మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు, ఏఐఎస్ అధికారులు, సిబ్బంది నివాస సముదాయాలను రెండేళ్ల వ్యవధిలో పూర్తి చేయాలని లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకున్నాం. ఇవి పూర్తయితే ప్రజలు ఇక్కడకు వచ్చి నివాసాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసుకునేందుకు అనువైన వాతావరణం కలుగుతుంది. ఈలోపు రాజధానికి అవసరమైన రైలు, రోడ్డు మార్గాల కనెక్టివిటీని పెంచేందుకు అవసరమైన పనులు చేపడతాం. ఎల్పీఎస్ లేఅవుట్ల పనులు కూడా వేగంగా జరుగుతున్నాయి. అవి పూర్తయితే భవన నిర్మాణాలకు అనుమతులు వస్తాయి. ప్లాట్ల సైజులను తగ్గిస్తే హైదరాబాద్లోని మరో పాతబస్తీలా మారుతుంది. అలా కాకుండా ప్రపంచ స్థాయి నగరాన్ని ఇక్కడ ఏర్పాటు చేసేందుకు సీఎం ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు. ఇందుకు అందరూ సహకరించాలి’ అని కోరారు. గుంటూరు నగరంలో రైల్వే వంతెనలపై ఎక్కువగా దృష్టి పెట్టామన్నారు. శంకర్విలాస్ ఆర్వోబీ.. టైం షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకారం నిర్మాణం జరుగుతోందని.. వచ్చే ఏడాది ఆఖరుకు పూర్తి చేస్తామని చెప్పారు.

We will take all necessary measures to increase population density in the capital city.
Primarily we will attract private investments. CM will discuss with Chandrababu about setting up some IT companies in Amaravati. We aim to complete the government complexes, High Court, Ministers, MLAs, MLCs, AIS officers and staff residential complexes which are currently under construction within two years. Once these are completed, there will be a suitable environment for people to come here and set up residences. In the meantime, necessary works will be undertaken to increase the connectivity of rail and road routes to the capital. The work of LPS layouts is also going on fast. Once they are completed, construction permits will be issued. If the plot sizes are reduced, it will turn into another old town in Hyderabad. Apart from that, the CM is trying to establish a world-class city here. He asked that everyone should cooperate for this. In Guntur city, more attention has been paid to the railway bridges. Shankarvilas RBOB said that the construction is going on as per the time schedule and it will be completed by the end of next year.
