Today, Kadapa: YS Saubhagyamma and daughter Sunita, who are grieving the loss of their husband YS Vivekananda Reddy, have had another bitter experience. 7.03 acres of land worth Rs.4 crore in the name of Saubhagyamma in Pulivendu were transferred to other names. It has been revealed that all this happened during the Vaikapa government with the help of the party. Purchased 7.03 acres of land bearing four survey numbers under Deed No. 1577/2006, 1579/2006 at K. Velamvaripalle, Pulivendula Mandal on 17th February, 2006 in the office of the local Sub-Registrar. 2.91 acres in survey number 351/A, 4.05 acres in 352, 0.04 cents in 353/1, 0.03 cents in 354.. Total 7.03 acres are now missing in webland in the name of Saubhagyamma. Recently an attempt was made for the mutation of these lands and it came to light that the lands were not in her name. After examining the records, there are lands in Saubhagyamma's name till 2022. 2.91 acres of land under survey number 351/A was found to have been transferred in the name of Sagili Venkata Saubhagyalakshmi (husband's name Gangireddy) similar to Saubhagyamma.

Saubaghyamma district collector Cherukuri Sridhar who came to know about the depriving of land in his name in Webland. Pulivendula RDO Chinnaiah conducted an inquiry into the matter and gave a report to JC Adithisingh. In the report given to the JC, the RDO stated that there were illegal changes in the webland of a total of 4.12 acres of land in survey numbers 352, 353/1, 354 in K. Velamavaripalle revenue village. He said that these lands were in the regular account number 763 in the name of YS Saubhagyamma and they were changed under the notional account number 300004. The mandal surveyor conducted a survey and concluded that the lands were in good condition. He stated in his report that the changes in Webland were made during the tenure of the then Tehsildar K. Madhava Krishna Reddy. In terms of records, it was explained in the inquiry report that the land belongs to Saubhagyamma and the tehsildar committed illegalities and transferred it to Webland.

Madhava Krishnareddy served as Pulivendula tehsildar from 2020 to 2024. After the coalition government came to power, he was working as supervisor of 'F' section in the district collector's office. Recently promoted as Deputy Collector. He is working under the post of Tehsildar in the Collector's office.
