హెచ్డీఎఫ్సీ బ్యాంక్కు ఆర్బీఐ అనుమతి
ప్రయివేట్ రంగ బ్యాంకింగ్ దిగ్గజం హెచ్డీఎఫ్సీ.. మరో ప్రయివేట్ రంగ సంస్థ ఇండస్ఇండ్ బ్యాంక్లో వాటా పెంచుకునేందుకు తాజాగా వీలు చిక్కింది. ఇందుకు ఆర్బీఐ అనుమతించింది. దీంతో ఇండస్ఇండ్లో వాటాను 9.5 శాతంవరకూ హెచ్డీఎఫ్సీ బ్యాంక్ పెంచుకోనుంది. వాటా పెంపునకు వీలుగా హెచ్డీఎఫ్సీ బ్యాంక్ పెట్టుకున్న దరఖాస్తును ఆర్బీఐ తాజాగా ఆమోదించినట్లు ఇండస్ఇండ్ బ్యాంక్ ఒక ప్రకటనలో పేర్కొంది. దీంతో బ్యాంక్లో హెచ్డీఎఫ్సీ 9.5 శాతంవరకూ వాటా కొనుగోలు చేసేందుకు వీలుంటుందని తెలియజేసింది.
వెరసి ఇండస్ఇండ్లో మొత్తం 9.5 శాతానికి మించకుండా చెల్లించిన మూలధనంలో వాటా లేదా వోటింగ్ హక్కులను హెచ్డీఎఫ్సీ సొంతం చేసుకోవచ్చునని పేర్కొంది. కాగా.. ఆర్బీఐ నిబంధనల ప్రకారం అనుమతి లభించిన ఏడాదిలోగా వాటాను కొనుగోలు చేయవలసి ఉంటుందని, లేకుంటే అనుమతులు రద్దవుతాయని వివరించింది. తాజా అనుమతికి ముందు 5 శాతంకంటే తక్కువ వాటా కలిగి ఉంటే.. మరో 5 శాతం(9.5 శాతంవరకూ) వాటాను సొంతం చేసుకోవలసి ఉంటుంది. అయితే ఇండస్ఇండ్ బ్యాంక్ బోర్డులో దరఖాస్తుదారు(హెచ్డీఎఫ్సీ బ్యాంక్) రిప్రజెంటేషన్కు అనుమతించరు.

It has informed that HDFC will be able to buy up to 9.5 percent stake in the bank.
HDFC can own a share or voting rights in Versai IndusInd not exceeding 9.5 percent of the total paid up capital. Meanwhile, according to the RBI rules, the share must be purchased within one year of approval, otherwise the approvals will be cancelled. If you have less than 5 percent share before the latest permission, you have to own another 5 percent (up to 9.5 percent) share.
