తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర మంత్రులు సీతక్క, కొండా సురేఖ, అడ్లూరి లక్ష్మణ్ కుమార్లు రాష్ట్రపతి ద్రౌపది ముర్ముతో ప్రత్యేకంగా సమావేశమయ్యారు. మేడారం మహా జాతర (Medaram Maha Jatara 2026) రావాలంటూ ఆమెకు ఆహ్వాన పత్రికను అందజేసిన మంత్రులు ఆహ్వానం పలికారు. రాష్ట్రపతికి సమ్మక్క తల్లి చీరను, కంకణం, కండువ బంగారాన్ని మంత్రులు అందజేశారు. మేడారం ఘనత ను, జాతర విశిష్టతను, సమ్మక్క సారాలమ్మ తల్లుల పోరాటాన్ని, త్యాగాన్ని, అభివృద్ధి పనులను మంత్రి సీతక్క రాష్ట్రపతికి వివరించారు.
మేడారం జాతర విశేషాలను రాష్ట్రపతి( President Droupadi Murmu) ఆసక్తిగా విన్నారు. ఈ మహా జాతరకు వచ్చేందుకు కచ్చితంగా ప్రయత్నిస్తానని ఆమె తెలిపారు. మేడారం జాతర ఆహ్వాన పత్రికను అందజేసినందుకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి, మంత్రులకు రాష్ట్రపతి ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపారు. అనంతరం మంత్రులకు ఆప్యాయంగా నూతన వస్త్రాలను ఆమె బహుకరించారు. అలానే మేడారం మహాజాతర-2026 పోస్టర్ను సీఎం రేవంత్రెడ్డి (Revanth Reddy) ఆవిష్కరించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. హైదరాబాద్లోని ముఖ్యమంత్రి నివాసంలో నిర్వహించిన ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మంత్రులు పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్రెడ్డి, సీతక్క, కొండా సురేఖ, అడ్లూరి లక్ష్మణ్కుమార్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు. వచ్చే ఏడాది జనవరి 28 నుంచి 31వరకు మేడారం జాతర నిర్వహించనున్నారు. దీనికోసం ఇప్పటికే ఏర్పాట్లు కొనసాగుతున్నాయి. ఈ సారి భారీగా భక్తులు మేడారం మహా జాతరకు వస్తారని అధికారులు భావిస్తున్నారు.
