కరీంనగర్ నేరవార్తలు: కోడలితో ఉన్న అక్రమ సంబంధానికి అడ్డు వస్తున్నాడని తండ్రే.. సుపారీ ఇచ్చి కుమారుడిని హత్య చేయించిన ఘటన కరీంనగర్ జిల్లాలో చోటు చేసుకుంది. హత్య అనంతరం మిగిలిన సుపారీ డబ్బుల కోసం నిందితులంతా ఒకే చోటుకు చేరడంతో పోలీసులు అరెస్టు చేశారు. ఆదివారం కరీంనగర్ రూరల్ ఏసీపీ విజయ్కుమార్ మీడియా సమావేశంలో కేసు వివరాలు వెల్లడించారు.
జిల్లాలోని ఓ గ్రామానికి చెందిన అంజయ్య (36)కు 15 ఏళ్ల క్రితం వివాహం జరిగింది. అంజయ్య తన పొలం పనులు చూసుకుంటూ.. ఉపాధి నిమిత్తం 2017 విదేశాలకు వెళ్లి తిరిగి 2019లో స్వగ్రామానికి వచ్చాడు. ఇంటికి వచ్చినప్పటి నుంచి తండ్రి లచ్చయ్య, తన భార్య సాన్నిహిత్యాన్ని గమనించి అంజయ్య ఇద్దరినీ మందలించాడు. ప్రవర్తన మార్చుకోవాలని తన హెచ్చరించాడు. అయినా వారిలో ఎలాంటి మార్పూ రాలేదు. ఇదే విషయాన్ని కొందరి బంధువుల వద్ద చెప్పుకొని బాధపడ్డాడు.
అక్రమ సంబంధానికి కుమారుడు అడ్డువస్తున్నాడని భావించిన లచ్చయ్య, కోడలితో కలిసి మూడు నెలల కిందట ఓ మంత్రగాడి వద్దకు వెళ్లి మందు పెట్టి చంపాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నారు. ఒక వేళ అంజయ్య అనారోగ్యానికి గురైతే అతనికి సేవ చేయాల్సి వస్తుందని భావించి ఆ పథకం విరమించుకున్నారు. నెల రోజుల క్రితం లచ్చయ్య తనకు తెలిసిన మధ్యవర్తి అయిన కొలిపాక రవితో.. అంజయ్యను హత్య చేయాలని చెప్పాడు. రవి తనకు తెలిసిన ఉప్పరపల్లి కోటేశ్వర్, అతని స్నేహితుడు మహ్మద్ అబ్రార్తో రూ.3 లక్షలకు ఒప్పందం చేసుకున్నాడు. వాయిదాల పద్ధతిలో లచ్చయ్య రూ.1.25 లక్షలు అడ్వాన్స్గా ఇచ్చాడు. నెల రోజుల నుంచి కోటేశ్వర్, అబ్రార్లు అంజయ్యతో పరిచయం పెంచుకొని రోజూ మద్యం సేవించేవారు.
ఈనెల 2న కోటేశ్వర్, అబ్రార్, రవిలు అంజయ్యను ఊరి శివారులోని కెనాల్ వద్దకు తీసుకెళ్లి మద్యం తాగించారు. తరువాత గొంతు నులిమి చంపి మృతదేహాన్ని కెనాల్లో పడేశారు. అంజయ్య కనిపించడం లేదని భార్య, తండ్రి పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. ఈనెల 5న అంజయ్య మృతదేహాన్ని కాలువలో గుర్తించారు. ప్రమాదవశాత్తూ కాలువలో పడిపోయి మృతి చెందినట్టు నిందితులు నమ్మించారు. కేసు నమోదు చేసుకున్న పోలీసులు.. సాంకేతిక ఆధారాలతో విచారణ చేపట్టారు. సుపారీ కింద మిగిలిన రూ.1.75లక్షలు తీసుకోవడానికి నిందితులు లచ్చయ్య ఇంటికి రాగా.. పోలీసులు వారి కదలికలను గుర్తించి పట్టుకున్నారు. పోలీసులు తమదైన శైలిలో విచారించగా నేరం ఒప్పుకున్నారు. నిందితులైన తండ్రి లచ్చయ్య, అంజయ్య భార్య, కోటేశ్వర్, అబ్రార్, రవిలను అరెస్టు చేసి రిమాండ్కు తరలించినట్లు ఏసీపీ తెలిపారు.

Karimnagar crime news: The incident took place in Karimnagar district where the father killed his son by giving supari to his daughter-in-law to stop his illegal relationship. After the murder, all the accused gathered at the same place for the rest of the supari money and the police arrested them. Karimnagar Rural ACP Vijaykumar revealed the details of the case in a media conference on Sunday.
Anjaya (36) from a village in the district was married 15 years ago. Anjaiah went abroad for employment in 2017 and returned to his hometown in 2019 while looking after his farm. After coming home, father Lacchayya noticed the closeness of his wife and reprimanded both Anjayya. He warned him to change his behavior. However, there was no change in them. He told the same thing to some of his relatives and got hurt.
Lachchayya, thinking that his son was obstructing the illicit relationship, along with his daughter-in-law decided to go to a sorcerer three months ago and kill him with medicine. They abandoned the plan, thinking that they would have to serve Anjaiya if he fell ill. A month ago, Lacchayya told Kolipaka Ravi, an intermediary he knew, to kill Anjayya. Ravi made a deal with his acquaintance Upparapally Koteshwar and his friend Mohammed Abrar for Rs 3 lakh. Lacchayya gave an advance of Rs.1.25 lakhs in installments. Koteshwar and Abrar became familiar with Anjaya and drank alcohol daily.
On 2nd of this month, Koteshwar, Abrar and Ravi took Anjaya to the canal in the outskirts of the village and drank alcohol. Later he was strangled and the body was dumped in the canal. The wife and father complained to the police that Anjayya was missing. Anjaiah's body was found in the canal on 5th of this month. The accused believed that he died by accident and fell into the canal. The police registered the case and started the investigation with technical evidence. When the accused came to Lacchayya's house to take the remaining Rs.1.75 lakh under the supari, the police detected their movements and caught them. After being interrogated by the police in their own style, he confessed to the crime.
