గుంటూరు, డిసెంబరు 20(ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి):క్వాంటం టెక్నాలజీకి పరిశోధన, ఆవిష్కరణల కేంద్రంగా అమరావతి క్వాంటం వ్యాలీని ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్న నేపథ్యంలో దశల వారీగా లక్ష్యాలను సీఎం చంద్రబాబు నిర్దేశించారు. పునాది, విస్తరణ, నాయకత్వ దశల లక్ష్యాలను తాజాగా విడుదల చేశారు. రాబోయే సంవత్సరం 2026 మొత్తం పునాది దశగా పరిగణిస్తారు. 2027, 2028, 2029 విస్తరణ దశ, 2030 నుంచి నాయకత్వ దశగా నిర్ణయించారు. వీటికి వేర్వేరుగా లక్ష్యాలను నిర్ణయించారు. ప్రస్తుత పునాది దశలో స్టార్టప్‌ పెట్టుబడులకు ప్రభుత్వం ఆమోదం తెలిపింది. క్యూపీఏఐ, నోస్ట్రాడమస్‌ టెక్నాలజీస్‌, 42 టెక్నాలజీ, క్యూబిటెక్‌ స్మార్ట్‌ సొల్యూషన్స్‌, సైబ్రానెక్స్‌ టెక్నాలజీస్‌, సెంటెల్లా సైంటిఫిక్‌, క్యూక్లెయిర్‌వోయన్స్‌ క్వాంటం ల్యాబ్స్‌ పెట్టుబడులకు రెండు రోజుల క్రితం ఆమోదముద్ర వేసింది.


పునాది దశ...

ఈ దశలో పరిపాలన వ్యవస్థ ఏర్పాటు, హార్డ్‌వేర్‌ని యాంకర్‌ చేయడం, క్వాంటం విద్య ప్రారంభం, ప్రతిభను గుర్తించడం తదితరాలు చేపడతారు. ఐబీఎం క్వాంటం సిస్టమ్‌ 2 ఇన్‌స్టలేషన్‌ చేస్తారు. క్వాంటంకు సంబంధించి విద్యా కార్యక్రమాలు ప్రారంభించి 100 క్వాంటం ఆల్గోరిథమ్స్‌ని టెస్టింగ్‌ చేస్తారు. 200 మంది స్పెషలిస్టులను సిద్ధం చేస్తారు.

విస్తరణ దశ...

ఈ దశలో హార్డ్‌వేర్‌ స్కేల్‌-అప్‌ చేయడం, పరిశోధనలను విస్తరించడం, భారీ పెట్టుబడులు రాబట్టడంతో పాటు స్టార్ట్‌పల్లో పర్యావరణ వ్యవస్థని ఏర్పాటు చేస్తారు. ఇందులో భాగంగా 1,000కి పైగా ఆల్గోరిథమ్స్‌ను ఏటా టెస్టింగ్‌ చేస్తారు. జాతీయ క్వాంటం స్టార్టప్‌ ఫోరంని నెలకొల్పుతారు. రూ.1,000 కోట్లతో క్వాంటం ఆవిష్కరణల నిధిని ప్రారంభిస్తారు. వెయ్యి ప్రభావతి క్యూబిట్స్‌, ఒక బిలియన్‌ డాలర్ల పెట్టుబడుల సాధన, రూ.5వేల కోట్ల వార్షిక క్వాంటం ఎగుమతులను సాధిస్తారు.

నాయకత్వ దశ.. (2030-35)

ఈ దశలో అంతర్జాతీయ గుర్తింపు, ఎగుమతుల్లో వృద్ధి, అంతర్జాతీయ ప్రమాణాలు, ప్రీమియర్‌ క్వాంటం ఈవెంట్స్‌ నిర్వహిస్తారు. అమరావతి క్వాంటం అకాడమీ ఇంజనీర్లు, పరిశోధకులు, టెక్నీషియన్ల ద్వారా 5వేల మంది నిపుణులను ఏటా తయారు చేస్తారు. లివింగ్‌- ల్యాబ్‌ యాక్సెస్‌, రెగ్యులేటరీ శ్యాండ్‌బాక్స్‌ల మద్దతుతో 100 క్వాంటం స్టార్టప్‌లు ఏర్పాటు చేస్తారు.

అమరావతిలో 200 ఎకరాల భూ సేకరణ

క్వాంటం టెక్నాలజీల హార్డ్‌వేర్‌ని ఉత్పత్తి చేసేందుకు అమరావతికి దగ్గరగా ఏపీఐఐసీ ద్వారా 200 ఎకరాల భూ మిని సేకరిస్తారు. ఇక్కడ హార్డ్‌వేర్‌ పరిశ్రమలను నెలకొల్పుతారు. ఇది అమరావతి క్వాంటం వ్యాలీకి ప్రోత్సాహం ఇవ్వడంతో పాటు వేల మందికి ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పిస్తుంది.

Guntur, December 20 (Andhra Jyoti): CM Chandrababu has set step-by-step targets in the context of setting up Amaravati Quantum Valley as a research and innovation center for quantum technology. Objectives of foundation, expansion and leadership phases have been released recently. The coming year 2026 is considered as the whole foundation phase. 2027, 2028, 2029 will be the expansion phase and 2030 will be the leadership phase. Different targets are set for these. The government has approved startup investments in the current foundation stage. QPAI, Nostradamus Technologies, 42 Technology, Qbitek Smart Solutions, Cybernex Technologies, Centella Scientific, Quclairvoyance Quantum Labs have approved the investment two days ago.


Foundation phase...

In this phase, the administration system is set up, hardware Anchoring, initiation of quantum education, talent identification etc. will be undertaken. IBM Quantum System 2 installation. 100 Quantum Algorithms will be tested by starting educational programs related to quantum. 200 specialists will be prepared.

Expansion phase...

In this phase hardware scale-up, expansion of research, huge investments and start-up ecosystem will be established. As part of this, more than 1,000 algorithms are tested annually. A National Quantum Startup Forum will be set up. A quantum innovation fund will be launched with Rs 1,000 crore. Achieving one thousand impact qubits, one billion dollar investments, and Rs.5000 crore annual quantum exports.

Leadership phase.. (2030-35)

In this phase international recognition, growth in exports, international standards, premier quantum events will be held. Amaravati Quantum Academy produces over 5 thousand professionals annually through engineers, researchers and technicians. 100 quantum startups will be set up with the support of living-lab access and regulatory sandboxes.

200 acres of land acquisition in Amaravati

200 acres of land will be acquired by APIIC near Amaravati to produce quantum technologies hardware. Hardware industries are established here. It will give boost to Amaravati Quantum Valley and provide employment opportunities to thousands of people.
