మెదక్ కలెక్టరేట్:విపత్తుల సమయంలో ప్రాణనష్టాల నివారణకు జిల్లా యంత్రాంగం అప్రమత్తంగా ఉందని కలెక్టర్ రాహుల్రాజ్ అన్నారు. శుక్రవారం హైదరాబాద్ నుంచి సీఎస్ రామకృష్ణారావు ప్రకృతి విపత్తులు, వైపరీత్యాల నివారణ చర్యలపై వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ నిర్వహించారు. ఈసందర్భంగా కలెక్టర్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. జిల్లాలో విపత్తుల నిర్వహణకు అధికార యంత్రాంగం ఎల్లప్పుడూ అన్ని విధాలుగా సిద్ధంగా ఉందన్నారు. ఈనెల 22న విపత్తు నిర్వహణపై మాక్ ఎక్సర్సైజ్ విజయవంతంగా నిర్వహిస్తామని చెప్పారు. ప్రజలకు విపత్తుల సమయంలో రక్షణ పొందేలా అవగాహన కార్యక్రమాలు కల్పించామని వివరించారు. గత వర్షాకాలం జిల్లాలో ఎన్నడూ లేని విధంగా భారీ వర్షాలు కురిసి, వరదలు సంభవించాయని తెలిపారు. ముందస్తు అప్రమత్తత, స్పష్టమైన ప్రణాళికలు, ఎన్డీఆర్ఎఫ్, ఎస్డీఆర్ఎఫ్ బృందాల సమన్వయ చర్యలతో వరదలను ఎదుర్కొన్నట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. మున్ముందు కూడా ఎలాంటి నష్టాలు కలుగకుండా సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నామని వివరించారు. అత్యవసర సమయాల్లో ఉపయోగపడే వస్తువులతో కూడిన కిట్ను ఇటీవల జిల్లాలోని ప్రతి మండలానికి ఒకటి చొప్పున అందించామన్నారు. సమావేశంలో అదనపు కలెక్టర్ నగేశ్, జెడ్పీ సీఈఓ ఎల్లయ్య, డీఆర్డీఓ శ్రీనివాసరావు, డీఆర్ఓ భుజంగరావు, ఆర్డీఓ రమాదేవి, అదనపు ఎస్పీ మహేందర్, వివిధ శాఖల అధికారులు, సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు.

Medak Collectorate:Collector Rahulraj said that the district administration is alert to prevent loss of life during calamities. On Friday, CS Ramakrishna Rao held a video conference from Hyderabad on disaster prevention measures. Speaking on this occasion, the Collector said that the authorities are always ready in all ways to manage disasters in the district. He said that a mock exercise on disaster management will be conducted successfully on 22nd of this month. He explained that awareness programs have been made for people to get protection during calamities. He said that in the last rainy season, heavy rains and floods have occurred in the district. It is stated that floods were faced with early warning, clear plans and coordinated actions of NDRF and SDRF teams. It is explained that we are ready to avoid any losses in the future as well. A kit containing items useful in times of emergency has recently been provided to each mandal of the district. Additional Collector Nagesh, ZP CEO Ellaiah, DRDO Srinivasa Rao, DRO Bhujangarao, RDO Ramadevi, Additional SP Mahender, officers and staff of various departments participated in the meeting.
