Distribution of Rs.40.16 lakhs to 53 people

Giddalur Town, December 20 (Andhra Jyoti): MLA Muthumula Ashok Reddy said that the Chief Minister's Relief Fund is a helping hand for those suffering from illness. On Saturday, he distributed Chief Minister's Relief Fund checks of Rs.40,16,410 to 53 people suffering from ill-health in the constituency at the TDP office. Speaking on this occasion, Ashok Reddy said that the aim of the government is to provide quality healthcare to the poor. He said that at present the poor can get quality treatment in the corporate hospital in the town and they can get their expenses from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund. He said that the government would immediately respond to any problem faced by the poor people. So far, 763 people in the constituency have been provided Rs.6,68,48,000 through the Chief Minister's Welfare Fund. TDP leaders were present in the program.

Distribution of checks of Rs.18,65,699 lakhs to 29 people
