Asifabad, December 20 (Andhra Jyoti): Collector Venkatesh Dotre said that the beneficiaries should complete the works of Indiramma houses undertaken by the government on time as part of the welfare of the poor. On Saturday in the Collectorate building complex in the district center, NIC VC conference hall along with District Additional Collectors Deepak Tiwari, David and Housing Department PD Prakasha Rao conducted a review with MPDOs, MPOs, Housing Department AEs and Panchayat Secretaries through the VC. On this occasion, the Collector said that the government should speed up and make progress in the construction of houses, which is being undertaken with great ambition. He said that since the election process is over, MPDOs, MPOs and secretaries should pay special attention to the construction of houses in their area. He wants to talk to the beneficiaries of houses that have not yet started and ensure that the construction starts properly. It is advised to visit the field level every day and monitor the constructions and work hard to speed up the work. District Rural Development Officer Datta Rao, DLPO Umar Hussain, DEEs Venugopal and others participated in the program.

Collector Venkatesh Dotre said that providing a pair of vision eyes is appreciable. SP Nitika Pant, Additional Collector Deepak Tiwari and District Welfare Officer Bhaskar handed over smart vision goggles to 26 visually impaired people in a program organized in the conference hall of the Integrated Collectorate building in the district center on Saturday. On this occasion, the Collector said that the Blind Vision Foundation under the auspices of Bharat Dynamin Limited, which has a lot of experience in the field of national defense, is appreciative of providing pairs of eyes to the visually impaired as part of their social responsibility. Blind Design Foundation representatives Chalapathy, Sagar, Akankshita, District Block Coordinator Balaraju and others participated in the program.

Recognition of schools is a source of pride

Collector Venkatesh Dotre said that it is a matter of pride to achieve prestigious recognition. Additional Collector, In-Charge DEO Deepak Tiwari handed over the certificates to the representatives of the specially recognized schools at the Collector's Chamber in the Integrated Collectorate building complex in the district center on Saturday. On this occasion, the Collector said that in the rating program organized by the Central Education Department, Pradhan Mantri Shree Mandal Parishad Primary School in the district, Pradhan Mantri Shree Zilla Parishad High School in Chinnarapelli village, KGBV in Rebbena, Kautala Mall, Rampur Gram Mandal Parishad Primary School in Dahegam Mandal and Arunodaya High School in Kagajnagar town have received special recognition. He said that there is a need for educational institutions to create awareness among the students about cleanliness, environmental protection and green lifestyles rather than just teaching. He said that through the Swachh Vidyalaya program, the qualities of becoming responsible citizens will be developed in the students. He said that the school has achieved the best standards in the use of these, maintenance of toilets, personal hygiene, environmental cleanliness, behavior change and implementation of mission life programs.
