ఇంటర్నెట్డెస్క్: గుడ్డు గురించి కొన్ని రోజులుగా పలు వార్తలు చక్కర్లు కొడుతున్నాయి. గుడ్లను క్యాన్సర్ ముప్పునకు ముడిపెడుతూ నెట్టింట్లో పోస్టులు దర్శనమిస్తున్నాయి. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఫుడ్ సేఫ్టీ అండ్ స్టాండర్డ్స్ అథారిటీ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా (FSSAI) స్పందించింది. అవన్నీ తప్పుదోవపట్టించే వార్తలని స్పష్టం చేసింది. దేశంలో లభ్యమవుతోన్న గుడ్లు (Eggs) సురక్షితమైనవని శనివారం ప్రకటన విడుదల చేసింది. వాటిల్లో క్యాన్సర్ కారక పదార్థాలు ఉన్నాయని చెప్పేందుకు ఎలాంటి శాస్త్రీయ ఆధారాలు లేవని పేర్కొంది.
భారత్లో విక్రయించే గుడ్లలో నైట్రోఫ్యూరాన్ మెటబాలైట్స్ను గుర్తించినట్లు కొన్నిరోజులుగా పలు పోస్టులు వెలుగులోకి వచ్చాయి. 2011లో తీసుకువచ్చిన ఆహార భద్రత నిబంధలన ప్రకారం.. పౌల్ట్రీ, ఎగ్ ప్రొడక్షన్ జరిగే అన్ని దశల్లో నైట్రోఫ్యూరాన్ల వాడకాన్ని పూర్తిగా నిషేధించినట్లు ఎఫ్ఎస్ఎస్ఏఐ అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు. భారతదేశంలో నియంత్రణా ప్రమాణాలు అంతర్జాతీయ చట్టాలకు అనుగుణంగా ఉన్నాయని పేర్కొన్నారు.
