సరూర్నగర్/హయత్నగర్/వనస్థలిపురం, డిసెంబరు 19 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి):నాగార్జునసాగర్ రహదారిలోని గుర్రంగూడలో రూ.15 వేల కోట్ల విలువైన అటవీ భూముల పరిరక్షణకు చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని చీఫ్ కన్జర్వేటర్ ఆఫ్ ఫారెస్ట్స్(సీసీఎఫ్) శరవణన్ ప్రకటించారు. సుప్రీంకోర్టు తీర్పు నేపథ్యంలో శుక్రవారం ఆయన అటవీ, రెవెన్యూ అధికారులతో కలిసి మీడియాతో మాట్లాడారు. అటవీ శాఖ, రెవెన్యూ కార్యాలయాల్లోని రికార్డుల ప్రకారం 102 ఎకరాల భూమి పూర్తిగా అటవీ శాఖదేనన్నారు. 1953 జూలై 23న హైదరాబాద్ ప్రభు త్వ రెవెన్యూ బోర్డు, సాహెబ్నగర్ కలాన్ గ్రామంలోని సర్వే నంబర్ 201లోని 102 ఎకరాల భూమిని భూసార పరిశోధన కేంద్రం ఏర్పాటు కోసం అటవీ శాఖకు కేటాయించిందని తెలిపారు. 1971లో ఈ భూమితో పాటు తుర్కయాంజాల్ రెవెన్యూ పరిధి సర్వే నంబర్ 93, నాదర్గుల్ రెవెన్యూ పరిధి సర్వే నంబర్ 140/1లోని మొత్తం 465 ఎకరాల భూములను రిజర్వ్ ఫారెస్టు ఏర్పాటు చేసేందుకు అటవీ శాఖకు అప్పగించిందని చెప్పారు. అప్పటి నుంచి ఈ భూములన్నీ తమ ఆధీనంలోనే ఉన్నాయన్నారు. 102 ఎకరాల భూములను క్లెయిమ్ చేసేందుకు 2005 నుంచి కొందరు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారని తెలిపారు. 2010లో అప్పటి ఫారెస్టు సెటిల్మెంట్ అధికారి(ఎ్ఫఎ్సఓ) సదరు వ్యక్తుల పిటిషన్ను తిరస్కరించగా, 2012లో రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా అదనపు న్యాయమూర్తి ఎదుట అప్పీల్ దాఖలు చేశారని, జడ్జి వివాదాన్ని అటవీ పరిష్కార అధికారికి అప్పగించారని చెప్పారు. 2014లో విధుల్లో ఉన్న ఎఫ్ఎస్ఓ ప్రతివాదులకు అనుకూలంగా ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేయడంతో తొలిసారిగా భూమి వివాదాస్పదం అయ్యిందన్నారు. సుప్రీంకోర్టు గురువారం తమకు అనుకూలంగా తీర్పునివ్వడంతో రూ.15 వేల కోట్ల విలువైన భూములు తమ శాఖకు దక్కాయని శరవణన్ అన్నారు. శనివారం నుంచి రెవెన్యూ అధికారులతో సహకారంతో 102 ఎకరాలకు సంబంధించిన సర్వే నిర్వహించనున్నామని చెప్పారు. హద్దులు నిర్ణయించిన తర్వాత ప్రహరీ నిర్మిస్తామని ప్రకటించారు. సర్వే సందర్భంగా ఆక్రమణలు ఉన్నట్టు తేలితే చట్ట ప్రకారం వాటిపై చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని చెప్పారు. కాగా, ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం ఆర్డీవో అనంతరెడ్డి శుక్రవారం హయత్నగర్ తహసీల్దార్ కార్యాలయానికి చేరుకుని భూ రికార్టులను పరిశీలించారు.

Saroornagar/Hayatnagar/Vanasthalipuram, December 19 (Andhra Jyoti):On the Nagarjunasagar road Chief Conservator of Forests (CCF) Saravanan has announced that steps will be taken to conserve forest lands worth Rs.15 thousand crores in Gurranguda. He spoke to the media along with forest and revenue officials on Friday in the wake of the Supreme Court verdict. According to the records in the forest department and revenue offices, 102 acres of land is completely owned by the forest department. On July 23, 1953, the Hyderabad Board of Revenue allotted 102 acres of land in Survey No. 201 of Sahebnagar Kalan village to the Forest Department for setting up a Soil Research Centre. He said that in 1971, along with this land, total 465 acres of lands in Survey No. 93 of Turkayanjal Revenue Range and Survey No. 140/1 of Nadergul Revenue Range were handed over to the Forest Department for setting up a reserve forest. Since then all these lands are in their possession. He said that since 2005, some people have been trying to claim 102 acres of land. In 2010, the then Forest Settlement Officer (FSO) rejected the petition of the people, but in 2012, they filed an appeal before the Additional Judge of Rangareddy District, and the judge handed over the dispute to the Forest Settlement Officer. He said that the land became disputed for the first time when the incumbent FSO passed an order in favor of the defendants in 2014. Saravanan said that after the Supreme Court ruled in their favor on Thursday, lands worth Rs.15 thousand crores have been awarded to their department. He said that a survey of 102 acres will be conducted in collaboration with the revenue officials from Saturday. It was announced that Prahari will be constructed after the boundaries are decided. He said that if encroachments are found during the survey, action will be taken against them as per law. Meanwhile, Ibrahimpatnam RDO Ananta Reddy reached Hayatnagar Tehsildar's office on Friday and examined the land records.
