అమరావతి, డిసెంబరు 19(ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి):క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పనిచేస్తున్న రెవెన్యూ, సర్వే ఉద్యోగులపై తీవ్ర అవినీతి ఆరోపణలు వస్తున్నాయని ఆ శాఖ మంత్రి అనగాని సత్యప్రసాద్ అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు. గ్రామ సచివాలయాలకు వచ్చే ప్రజా ఫిర్యాదుల విషయంలో సంతకాల కోసం ఎందుకు ఒత్తిడి చేస్తున్నారని ప్రశ్నించారు. అలాగని ఎక్కడైనా నిబంధనకానీ, ఉత్తర్వులు కానీ ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిందా? అని ప్రశ్నించారు. అవినీతికి తావులేకుండా పనిచేసి ప్రజా సంతృప్తి స్థాయిని పెంచాలని సూచించారు. ప్రజల సంతృప్తిస్థాయి పెరిగితే.. రెవెన్యూ ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శితో మాట్లాడి ఉద్యోగుల సర్వీసు సమస్యలను పరిష్కరిస్తానని హామీ ఇచ్చారు. గ్రామ రెవెన్యూ, సర్వే ఉద్యోగ సంఘాలు, వాటి సంయుక్త కార్యాచరణ కమిటీల ప్రతినిధులు శుక్రవారం సచివాలయంలో మంత్రి అనగానిని కలిశారు. తమకు పదోన్నతులు కల్పించాలని కోరారు. రీ సర్వే పనుల్లో ఉండే తాము ప్రతి రోజూ సచివాలయానికి వెళ్లి హాజరు వేయించుకోవడం కష్టంగా ఉందని, ఎక్కడ పనిలో ఉంటే అక్కడే హాజరు వేసుకునేలా అవకాశం కల్పించాలని విన్నవించారు. ఇతర శాఖల విధులు అప్పగిస్తున్నారని, దీనివల్ల రెవెన్యూ పనులు నిలిచిపోతున్నాయని తెలిపారు. గ్రామ సచివాలయం పరిధిలో తమకు ఓ కంప్యూటర్ను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తే ‘ఈ-ఆఫీస్’ ఫైలు పనులు చేసుకుంటామన్నారు. తమవి ‘టెక్నికల్ పోస్టులు’గా గుర్తించాలని సర్వే ఉద్యోగ సంఘం నేతలు కోరారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా మంత్రి మాట్లాడుతూ.. క్షేత్ర స్థాయి సిబ్బందిపై అవినీతి ఆరోపణలు ఎందుకొస్తున్నాయని ప్రశ్నించారు. గ్రామ సచివాలయల్లో ప్రజలు రెవెన్యూ అంశాల్లో పరిష్కారం కోరుతూ దరఖాస్తులు ఇస్తే సర్వేయర్, వీఆర్వోల సంతకాలు, ఇన్షియల్ కావాలని ఎందుకు ఒత్తిడి తీసుకొస్తున్నారని, ఇలా చేయమని ఏ రూల్లో ఉంది? మీరెందుకు ఇలా చేస్తున్నారని మంత్రి ప్రశ్నించారు. అవినీతి ఆరోపణలకు ఆస్కారం లేకుండా పనిచేసి గ్రామ స్థాయిలో ప్రజల సంతృప్తిని పెంచేలా కృషిచేయాలని మంత్రి కోరారు.

He said that the duties of other departments are being handed over, due to which the revenue works are being stopped. They said that if they set up a computer in the village secretariat, they will do the 'e-office' file work. The leaders of the survey job union asked to identify them as 'technical posts'. If people submit applications seeking solution in revenue matters in village secretariats, why are they pressured to get the signatures and initials of surveyors and VROs, what is the rule to do this?
