అమరావతి, డిసెంబరు 19(ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): తిరుమల పరకామణిలో కానుకల లెక్కింపు ప్రక్రియను సమూలంగా ప్రక్షాళన చేయాలని టీటీడీని హైకోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. కానుకల లెక్కింపులో ఏఐ, అత్యాధునిక యంత్రాలను వినియోగించడం ద్వారా మానవ ప్రమేయాన్ని తగ్గించవచ్చని సూచించింది. హుండీల సీలింగ్, రవాణా, డీ సీలింగ్, లెక్కింపు, ఖాతాల నిర్వహణ విషయంలో పాత విధానాలనే అనుసరించడం సరికాదని అభిపాయ్రపడింది. దీనివల్ల దొంగతనాలు, అవినీతి, నిధుల దుర్వినియోగానికి అవకాశం కలుగుతోందని తెలిపింది. పరకామణికి సంబంధించి రెండు దశల్లో సంస్కరణలు చేపట్టాలని, ఇందుకోసం తక్షణ, శాశ్వత ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించాలని టీటీడీని ఆదేశించింది. తక్షణ సంస్కరణలో భాగంగా., హుండీ సీలింగ్, రవాణా, లెక్కింపు విషయంలో తక్షణం చేపట్టాల్సినభద్రతా చర్యలపై రెండు వారాల్లో నివేదిక సమర్పించాలని నిర్దేశించింది. శాశ్వత సంస్కరణలో భాగంగా కానుకలను వర్గీకరించడం, విదేశీ కరెన్సీని గుర్తించడం, విలువైన లోహాలు, రాళ్లు వేరు చేసేందుకు ఏఐ, అత్యాధునిక సాంకేతిక వ్యవస్థలను ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని, దీనికోసం సాంకేతిక నిపుణులను నియమించుకోవాలని సూచించింది. టీటీడీకి సహాయం అందించేందుకు ఆయా రంగాల్లో అపార అనుభవం ఉన్న శ్రీవారి భక్తులు ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా అధిక సంఖ్యలో ఉన్నారని పేర్కొంది. శాశ్వత ప్రణాళికపై ఎనిమిది వారాల్లోపు ముసాయిదా రూపొందించి, దానిని కోర్టుకు సమర్పించాలని టీటీడీకి స్పష్టం చేసింది. నిందితుడు రవికుమార్, అతని కుటుంబ సభ్యుల ఆస్తులు వేరొకరికి బదలాయింపు, రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ వివరాలను సీల్డ్ కవర్లో వారంలోపు సమర్పించాలని ఏసీబీ డీజీని ఆదేశించింది. తదుపరి విచారణను ఈ నెల 26వ తేదీకి వాయిదా వేసింది. ఈ మేరకు హైకోర్టు న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్ గన్నమనేని రామకృష్ణప్రసాద్ శుక్రవారం ఉత్తర్వులు ఇచ్చారు.
ఉత్తర్వుల్లో ఏముందంటే...: ‘‘శ్రీవారికి హుండీలో భక్తులు వేసే కానుకలు, వారి విశ్వాసానికి ప్రతీకగా భావించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఆర్థిక విలువ కంటే వాటిని భక్తులు ఎంత భక్తి భావంతో సమర్పించారనేదే చూడాలి. దర్శనం, పూజలు, సేవలు, నైవేద్యం, ప్రసాదాల తయారీ, కానుకల లెక్కింపును టీటీడీ పాలకమండలి చూస్తుంది. వీటిల్లో ఏదైనా లోపం జరిగితే, ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న భక్తుల మనోభావాలు దెబ్బతింటాయి. ఽధర్మకర్త మండలి సాక్షాత్తూ దైవం తరఫున బాధ్యతలు నిర్వహిస్తోంది. భక్తుల మత పరమైన మనోభావాలను పరిరక్షించాల్సిన నైతిక, ధార్మిక బాధ్యత దీనిపై ఉంది. ఇందులో ఎలాంటి లోపం జరిగినా ధర్మకర్తల మండలి తన బాధ్యతను నిర్వర్తించడంలో విఫలమైనట్లే’’నని న్యాయమూర్తి వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.

Amaravati, December 19 (Andhra Jyoti): The High Court has ordered TTD to thoroughly clean the process of counting gifts in Rumala Parakamani. It suggests that human involvement can be reduced by using AI and state-of-the-art machines in gift counting. It was felt that it is not appropriate to follow the old procedures in the sealing, transportation, de-sealing, counting and maintenance of accounts of hundis. This leads to theft, corruption and misappropriation of funds. It directed TTD to take up reforms in two phases regarding Parakamani and to make immediate and permanent plans for this. As part of the immediate reforms, the hundi directed to submit a report within two weeks on the security measures to be taken immediately in the case of sealing, transport and counting. As part of the permanent reform, it suggested to install AI and state-of-the-art technology systems to classify gifts, identify foreign currency, separate precious metals and stones, and hire technical experts for this. It is said that there are a large number of devotees of Srivari all over the world who have vast experience in their respective fields to help TTD. It has been clarified to the TTD that a draft of the permanent plan must be prepared within eight weeks and submitted to the court. The ACB directed the DG to submit the transfer and registration details of the accused Ravikumar and his family members' properties in a sealed cover within a week. The next hearing was adjourned to 26th of this month. To this extent, High Court judge Justice Gannamaneni Ramakrishnaprasad gave orders on Friday.
What is in the orders...: "The gifts that devotees put in the hundi to Sri should be considered as a symbol of their faith. Rather than the financial value, it should be seen how much devotion the devotees offer them. TTD governing body looks after darshan, pujas, services, offerings, preparation of prasads and counting of gifts. If any of these things go wrong, the sentiments of devotees all over the world will be hurt. The Board of Trustees is actually carrying out the responsibilities on behalf of God. It has a moral and religious responsibility to protect the religious sentiments of the devotees. The judge remarked that any error in this would mean that the board of trustees had failed to fulfill its responsibility.
