న్యూఢిల్లీ, డిసెంబరు 19 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి):తీవ్ర ఆర్థిక ఒత్తిడికి లోనవుతున్న ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ అభివృద్ధి బాటలో పయనించేందుకు భారీ ఎత్తున నిధులివ్వాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు కేంద్రాన్ని అభ్యర్థించారు. శుక్రవారం ఢిల్లీలో కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్షా, కేంద్ర ఆర్థిక మంత్రి నిర్మలా సీతారామన్ సహా పలువురు కేంద్ర మంత్రులతో వరుస భేటీలు నిర్వహించారు. కీలక ప్రాజెక్టులకు నిధుల మంజూరు కోరారు. తాజ్ హోటల్లో అమిత్షాను చంద్రబాబు కలిశారు. రాష్ట్రంలో వివిధ ప్రాజెక్టుల పురోగతిని వివరించారు. విశాఖలో ఇటీవల నిర్వహించిన పెట్టుబడుల సదస్సుకు వచ్చిన సానుకూల స్పందన, రూ.లక్షల కోట్లతో కుదుర్చుకున్న ఎంవోయూల గురించి కూడా తెలియజేశారు. జగన్ విధ్వంసక పాలనతో కుదేలైన రాష్ట్రాన్ని ఆదుకోవాలని కోరారు. వివిధ కేంద్ర మంత్రులతో సమావేశాల వివరాలను ఆయన దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లారు. ఇదే సమయంలో రాష్ట్రంలో నెలకొన్న తాజా రాజకీయ పరిణామాలపై ఉభయులూ చర్చించారు.
‘పూర్వోదయ’ గ్రోత్ ఇంజన్గా ఏపీ
రాష్ట్రం ‘పూర్వోదయ’ గ్రోత్ ఇంజన్గా మారుతుందని నిర్మలా సీతారామన్తో సీఎం అన్నారు. పార్లమెంటు ప్రాంగణంలోని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి కార్యాలయంలో ఆమెతో సమావేశమయ్యారు. ‘విద్య, నైపుణ్యకల్పన, వ్యవసాయం, ఎంఎ్సఎంఈ, హౌసింగ్, రహదారులు, సాగునీటి ప్రాజెక్టులకు పూర్వోదయ నిధులు అందించాలి. ఈ పథకం కింద ప్రాధాన్య క్రమంలో చేపట్టే ప్రాజెక్టులకు పాలనాపరమైన నిబంధనలను సరళీకృతం చేయాలి. రాష్ట్ర అవసరాలకు అనుగుణంగా దీని నిధులను వినియోగించుకునే వెసులుబాటు ఇవ్వాలి. సాస్కీ కింద మంజూరైన వివిధ ప్రాజెక్టులను సత్వరం చేపట్టండి. విశాఖలో యూనిటీ మాల్ నిర్మాణం, అఖండ గోదావరి కింద చేపట్టిన హావ్లాక్ బ్రిడ్జి పునర్నిర్మాణ పనులు, గండికోట పర్యాటక ప్రాజెక్టుతో పాటు రాష్ట్రంలో మూడు వర్కింగ్ వుమెన్ హాస్టళ్ల నిర్మాణాల పూర్తికి నిధులివ్వండి. వీటితో పాటు సాగునీటి ప్రాజెక్టులు, రాష్ట్ర, జిల్లా రహదారుల నిర్మాణం, ఎంఎ్సఎంఈ పార్కులు, హౌసింగ్, వైద్యారోగ్య మౌలిక సదుపాయాల కల్పనకు అదనపు నిధులివ్వండి. ఈ పనుల కోసం ప్రస్తుత ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో రూ.10,054 కోట్లు మంజూరు చేయండి’ అని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.
జల్జీవన్ మిషన్లో కేంద్రం వాటా విడుదల చేయండి
శ్రమశక్తి భవన్లో కేంద్ర జలశక్తి మంత్రి సీఆర్ పాటిల్తో సీఎం సమావేశమయ్యారు. 2025-26 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరానికి జల్ జీవన్ మిషన్ అమలు కోసం రాష్ట్రానికి అదనంగా రూ.1,000 కోట్లు కేటాయించాలని విన్నవించారు. రాష్ట్రప్రభుత్వ వాటాగా రూ.524.41 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేశామని, కేంద్ర వాటా నిధులను కూడా విడుదల చేయాలని కోరారు. ప్రధానమంత్రి కృషి సించాయి యోజన (పీఎంకేఎ్సవై)-ఆర్ఆర్ఆర్ పథకం కింద చెరువులు, కాలువల పునరుద్థరణకు ప్రతిపాదనలు సిద్థం చేశామని.. దీనికి సంబంధించి కేంద్రం వాటా నిధులు వెంటనే విడుదల చేస్తే గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో సాగునీటి సామర్థ్యం గణనీయంగా పెంచుకునేందుకు అవకాశం ఉంటుందన్నారు.
షిప్ బిల్డింగ్ క్లస్టర్ అభివృద్ధికి సహకరించండి..
దుగరాజపట్నాన్ని నేషనల్ మెగా షిప్ బిల్డింగ్ క్లస్టర్గా త్వరితగతిన ఆమోదించాలని కేంద్ర షిప్పింగ్ మంత్రి సోనోవాల్కు సీఎం విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. నేషనల్ మెగా షిప్బిల్డింగ్, షిప్ రిపేర్ క్లస్టర్ అభివృద్థికి పూర్తిగా సహకరించాలని కోరారు. ‘చిప్ టు షిప్’ విజన్కు అనుగుణంగా నౌకానిర్మాణ రంగాన్ని బలోపేతం చేయాలన్నారు. షిప్బిల్డింగ్, షిప్ రిపేర్ క్లస్టర్ ఏర్పాటుకు 3,488 ఎకరాల భూమి సమకూర్చేందుకు రాష్ట్రప్రభుత్వం అంగీకరించినట్లు తెలిపారు. ప్రాజెక్టు టెక్నో ఎకనామిక్ ఫీజిబిలిటీ రిపోర్ట్ (టీఈఎ్ఫఆర్) సిద్థమైందని.. నౌకా నిర్మాణానికి అనుబంధ ఎంఎ్సఎంఈ యూనిట్లు, కామన్ ఇన్ఫ్రాస్ట్రక్చర్తో సమగ్ర క్లస్టర్గా అభివృద్థి చేసేలా ప్రణాళికలు ఉన్నాయని తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్రంలో తొలిదశలో రూ.1,361 కోట్లతో జువ్వలదిన్నె, నిజాంపట్నం, మచిలీపట్నం, ఉప్పాడల్లో చేపట్టిన 4 ఫిషింగ్ హార్బర్లకు అదనపు నిధులు కేటాయించాలని మంత్రికి విన్నవించారు. జువ్వలదిన్నె హార్బర్కు మాత్రమే కేంద్రం నుంచి రూ.138.29 కోట్లు మంజూరయ్యాయని, మిగిలిన మూడింటికి ఇంకా సాయం అందలేదని తెలిపారు. ఇప్పటివరకు రాష్ట్రప్రభుత్వం రూ.782.29 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేసిందని, ఫేజ్-1 పూర్తికి ఇంకా రూ.440.91 కోట్లు అవసరమన్నారు. ప్రకాశం జిల్లా వాడ్రేవు ఫిషింగ్ హార్బర్ నిర్మాణానికి సాగరమాల పథకం కింద రూ.150 కోట్లు మంజూరు చేయాలని కోరారు. మొత్తం రూ.590.91 కోట్లు అందించాలని అభ్యర్థించారు. కాగా.. చంద్రబాబు ఢిల్లీలో క్రెడాయ్ జాతీయ కాన్క్లేవ్లో కూడా పాల్గొన్నారు. విశాఖ, విజయవాడల్లో మెట్రో రైలు ప్రాజెక్టులను ఆమోదించాలని కేంద్ర పట్టణాభివృద్ధి మంత్రి మనోహర్లాల్ ఖట్టర్కు చంద్రబాబు విన్నవించారు. నెల్లూరు జిల్లాలో బీపీసీఎల్ గ్రీన్ఫీల్డ్ రిఫైనరీ ప్రాజెక్టు శంకుస్థాపనకు హాజరుకావాలని కేంద్ర పెట్రోలియం, సహజవాయువు మంత్రి హర్దీ్పసింగ్ పురీకి సీఎం విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. పార్లమెంటులోని కేంద్ర మంత్రి కార్యాలయంలో ఆయనతో భేటీ అయ్యారు.
సీమకు ఉద్యానవన ప్యాకేజీ..
రాయలసీమలో ఉద్యానవన అభివృద్ధి ప్యాకేజీకి ఆర్థిక సాయం కోరుతూ నిర్మలకు చంద్రబాబు వినతిపత్రం అందజేశారు. ‘ప్రకాశం, రాయలసీమ జిల్లాల్లో ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా డిమాండ్ ఉన్న 18 పంటలను సాగు చేస్తున్నాం. సీమ జిల్లాల్లో విస్తరించిన 93 ఉద్యానవన క్లస్టర్లతో ప్రత్యక్షంగా, పరోక్షంగా 33.7 లక్షల మంది రైతులకు ప్రయోజనం కలుగుతోంది. ఎగుమతులకు వీలైన ఉద్యాన ఉత్పత్తులు పెద్దఎత్తున ఈ ప్రాంతంలో పండుతున్నాయి. ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న 8.48 లక్షల హెక్టార్ల హార్టీకల్చర్ సాగును 2029 నాటికి 12.28 లక్షల హెక్టార్లకు విస్తరించాలని నిర్ణయించాం. ఈ ప్రాంతంలో నీటి వనరులను మెరుగుపరచడంతో పాటు ఉద్యాన ఉత్పత్తుల ఎగుమతికి రోడ్లు, రైలు, ఓడరేవులు, ఎయిర్ కార్గో సహా లాజిస్టిక్స్ పార్కుల వంటి సౌకర్యాలు కల్పించాల్సి ఉంది’ అని తెలిపారు. అలాగే రాష్ట్రంలోని కరువు పీడిత ప్రాంతాలకు గోదావరి వరద జలాలను తరలించడానికి తలపెట్టిన పోలవరం-నల్లమలసాగర్ లింక్ ప్రాజెక్టుకు సహకారం అందించాలని కోరారు. మూడు దశలుగా ఈ ప్రాజెక్టును చేపట్టేందుకయ్యే వ్యయాన్ని వివరిస్తూ మంత్రికి లేఖ సమర్పించారు. ప్రాజెక్టు ప్రాథమిక రిపోర్టును కేంద్ర జలశక్తి శాఖకు అందించామని.. దీనికి ఆమోదం తెలిపిన వెంటనే డీపీఆర్ను సమర్పిస్తామని తెలిపారు.

New Delhi, December 19 (Andhra Jyoti):Andhra Pradesh, which is under severe economic pressure, is on a massive path to development. A series of meetings were held with Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Delhi on Friday. Funds were sought for key projects. AP as a 'Purvodaya' growth engine
The CM told Nirmala Sitharaman that the state would become a 'Purvodaya' growth engine. Met her at the Finance Minister's office in the Parliament premises. Advance funds should be provided for education, skill development, agriculture, MSME, housing, roads and irrigation projects. Administrative norms should be simplified for priority projects under this scheme. It should be given flexibility to utilize its funds according to the needs of the state. Expeditiously take up various projects sanctioned under Saski. Fund the construction of Unity Mall in Visakhapatnam, reconstruction work of Havelock Bridge under Akhanda Godavari, construction of three working women hostels in the state along with Gandikota tourism project. He appealed to sanction Rs.10,054 crore for these works in the current financial year.
Release the central share in Jaljeevan Mission
The CM met with the Union Hydropower Minister CR Patil at Shramashakti Bhavan. For the financial year 2025-26, an additional Rs.1,000 crore has been requested to be allocated to the state for the implementation of the Jal Jeevan Mission. He said that Rs. 524.41 crores have been spent as the state government's share and also requested to release the central share funds. Under the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana (PMKSY)-RRR scheme, proposals have been prepared for the restoration of ponds and canals. In this regard, he said that if the central share funds are released immediately, there will be an opportunity to significantly increase the irrigation capacity in rural areas.

The CM appealed to Union Shipping Minister Sonowal to speedily approve Dugarajapatnam as a National Mega Ship Building Cluster. He was asked to fully cooperate in the development of the National Mega Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Cluster. They want to strengthen the shipbuilding sector in accordance with the 'chip to ship' vision. He said that the state government has agreed to provide 3,488 acres of land for setting up a shipbuilding and ship repair cluster. He said that the Techno Economic Feasibility Report (TEFR) of the project has been prepared.. There are plans to develop shipbuilding as an integrated cluster with associated MSME units and common infrastructure. The Minister was requested to allocate additional funds for the 4 fishing harbors undertaken in the state at Juvvaladinne, Nizampatnam, Machilipatnam and Uppada with Rs.1,361 crores in the first phase. Garden package for Seema..
Chandrababu handed over a petition to Nirmala seeking financial assistance for the garden development package in Rayalaseema. In Prakasam and Rayalaseema districts, we are cultivating 18 crops that are in demand worldwide. 93 horticulture clusters spread across Seema districts are directly and indirectly benefiting 33.7 lakh farmers. A large number of horticultural products for export are grown in this region. It has been decided to expand the existing 8.48 lakh hectares of horticulture cultivation to 12.28 lakh hectares by 2029. In addition to improving the water resources in this region, facilities like roads, railways, ports and logistics parks including air cargo should be provided for the export of horticultural products, he said. He also asked to contribute to the Polavaram-Nallamalasagar link project, which is aimed at diverting Godavari flood waters to the drought-prone areas of the state. A letter was submitted to the Minister detailing the cost of undertaking the project in three phases. He said that the preliminary report of the project has been submitted to the Central Hydropower Department.. DPR will be submitted as soon as it is approved.
