Children's mind is a beautiful garden. The flowers that are placed in it are their questions. Doubts like 'why?', 'how?', 'what?' lay the foundation for their future. It is the responsibility of parents and teachers to build that foundation strong.

In recent times that responsibility has been neglected. There are many reasons for that, not just one or two. The burden of syllabus in schools, the pressure of work for mothers and fathers at home, the remaining little time being devoted to phones... all these are closing the mouths of children. They are killing their natural curiosity.

Along with all this, the attitude of adults as parents and teachers is also dampening the enthusiasm of children. Children who ask questions are considered 'headaches' more and more. They are calling it Question Bank and Encyclopedia. They are showing disinterest in answering right in front of them. They are saying 'Don't eat burra, go to the other side'. Some determine the level of the child depending on the question. If someone asks a simple question, they say 'don't you know that' and make fun of them in front of everyone. All these make the children small. Gradually their interest in asking will decrease. Even if they don't understand the lesson, they maintain complete silence. It may seem like a small thing to adults but it is a big problem like thunderbolt on children's future. It completely changes their personality.

Questioning shows the innate curiosity in children. The more questions are asked, the more active the children think. Thinking is the foundation of mental development. That is why children should be allowed to question. Every question asked by them should be answered at a level that they can understand. If they are not satisfied, 'You will have a lesson about it when you go to a bigger class. Then you will know many things. You can say that your teacher will tell you better. Then their curiosity will increase. Knowing that the answers to their doubts are in the lessons increases their interest in studying. Sometimes the elders do not have an answer to the questions they ask. Then honestly, 'I don't know this, father, I seem to have forgotten. If you read it in a book and say it... They will know that there is nothing wrong in admitting that they don't know, that even adults are learning, and only if they learn, they will be able to tell anyone who asks them - like this they will know many things. Teachers in schools should also encourage the habit of questioning in children by allocating ten minutes of question time after teaching the lesson. Because- questioning is the first step to development.

Courage to take tough decisions is the strength of an entrepreneur. Also, do not adopt a strict attitude all the time. Don't hesitate to back out when a trusted approach doesn't work. It's not whose decision matters, but whose benefit matters.
