కాగజ్నగర్, డిసెంబరు 19 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): యువతకు క్రీడలు మానసికోల్లాసాన్ని కలిగిస్తాయని ఎంపీడీవో ఉజ్వల్కుమార్ అన్నారు. తెలంగాణ మైనార్టీ విద్యా సంస్థల్లో నిర్వహించే ఉమ్మడి ఆదిలాబాద్ జిల్లా స్థాయి మూడో జోష్ క్రీడా పోటీలు బలగల చింతగూడలోని తెలంగాణ మైనార్టీ గురుకుల పాఠశాల కాగజ్నగర్ బాలుర-1లో శుక్రవారం ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఏర్పాటు చేసిన ప్రారంభోత్సవ కార్యక్రమంలో ఎంపీడీవో ఉజ్వల్కుమార్ మాట్లాడారు. విద్యార్ధులు చదువులతో పాటు క్రీడల్లో రాణించి జిల్లాకు మంచి పేరు తీసుకరావాలన్నారు. క్రీడల వల్ల మానసికోల్లాసం కలుగుతుందన్నారు. క్రీడా స్ఫూర్తిని పెంచుకోవాలన్నారు. తల్లిదండ్రులు కూడా విద్యార్థులకు చదువుతో పాటు క్రీడలపై ఆసక్తి పెంచుకునేలా చూడాలన్నారు. క్రీడల వల్ల భవిష్యత్తులో ఉద్యోగాలు వచ్చే అవకాశాలున్నాయన్నారు. జిల్లా మైనార్టీ సంక్షేమ అధికారి అబ్దుల్ నదీం ఖూదీస్ మాట్లాడుతూ గురుకుల పాఠశాలలో విద్యార్థులు చదువుతో పాటు క్రీడల్లో కూడా రాణించాలని సూచించారు. మూడు రోజుల పాటు పోటీలు నిర్వహించున్నారు. ఈ మేరకు శుక్రవారం కబడ్డీ, ఖోఖో, వాలీబాల్ పోటీలు నిర్వహించారు. ఈ పోటీలకు ఉమ్మడి ఆదిలాబాద్ జిల్లాలోని వివిధ మైనార్టీ గురుకుల పాఠశాలకు చెందిన విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా నిర్వహించిన సంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు ఆకట్టుకున్నాయి. కార్యక్రమంలో కుమరం భీం జిల్లా ప్రాంతీయ సమన్వయ కర్త దాసరి రాజేందర్, విజిలెన్స్ అధికారి తహెరుద్దీన్, ప్రిన్సిపాల్ రోమిప్రతిభ, ఉపాధ్యాయులు, సిబ్బంది తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
