Amaravati:Energy Conservation Award-2025 ( SECA-2025) has been announced by the Coalition Government (AP Govt) for municipalities in Andhra Pradesh. Tirupati Municipality got Gold Award and Bhimavaram Municipality got Silver Award. While these awards were announced for 123 municipalities across the state, Tirupati Mudatisthanam and Bhimavaram Municipality won the second place. These awards have been given to the municipalities that have worked hard in saving and using electricity in the municipal corporation. Andhra Pradesh state has shown its strength in the recently announced National Energy Conservation Award-2025 by the central government. She stood first in the Group-11 category and bagged the award.
