Delhi Police issued a notice to Abhijit Dipke over the Tiranga Yatra

Sakshi, New Delhi:The Tiranga Yatra led by the Cockroach Janata Party to protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and also to condemn the arrests of their party leaders led to tensions. Delhi Police issued a notice to CJP founder Abhijit Deepke saying that he could not organize the yatra.

15 to 20 Delhi Police reached Abhijit Deepke's residence in New Delhi and served notices on the charges of rioting. Deepke was furious over this. Is there a single basis, a single video that I can use to provoke and create riots on social media? What are these notices? Is it enough to write whatever you like on a piece of white paper? He challenged the police saying, 'If there is evidence, hang me.'

On the other hand, the police made it clear that Section 163 of the BNSS is already in force in the vicinity of Connaught Place, and the gathering of unauthorized groups and rallies come under the violation of the rules. He warned that the national flag should be respected, but legal action will be taken against the rules.

CJP call for Tiranga Yatra
The CJP has called for hoisting the national flag at Central Park on Friday against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar alleging irregularities in the voter list. However, the day after the Supreme Court removed the historic Jantar Mantar from the list of protest sites (October 13), CJP members Sourav Das and Ashutosh Ranka, who entered the place with the national flag, were arrested by the police and taken to judicial custody. The CJP has started this pilgrimage to protest against these arrests.

Due to administrative reasons, the New Delhi Municipal Council has announced that the Central Park will be closed to the public on Fridays and Saturdays. On the other hand, the New Delhi Traders Association has asked the protesters not to obstruct the traffic by protesting at Connaught Place, stating that their businesses and tourists are being disrupted.
