A five-year-old child from the city developed fever, cough and runny nose and was treated at home with doctors' instructions to check whether it was a common fever. After four days, breathing became difficult and he was very lethargic, so he was immediately admitted to the hospital. In the end, the doctors concluded that the influenza A virus has been infected in the tests and are providing treatment.

Influenza virus is booming in the city. Especially the 'Influenza A' type virus is spreading like water under the carpet. Along with Nilofar, some private small children's hospitals are overwhelmed with patients. Doctors say that many people who are over 60 are admitted to the hospital. It is said that the intensity has increased in some and it is coming to life. However, medical experts warn that if it is ignored that it is just a simple fever, this virus has a serious effect on the lungs.

With similar symptoms...

The main symptoms of those infected with the influenza virus are suddenly high fever, sore throat, dryness, severe headache, sore throat, and laziness. This virus spreads very quickly from one person to another due to the droplets released into the air through sneezing and coughing. Government doctor Prof. Dr. Raja Rao said that the risk of getting infected with this virus is high especially in small children, elderly people, pregnant women, people with chronic problems such as diabetes and asthma. Although it looks like a normal flu at first, in some it can quickly spread to the lungs and lead to severe pneumonia leading to respiratory failure. Severe difficulty in breathing, increased fatigue, wheezing, rapid breathing, pain in the chest, feeling of a heavy heart, low oxygen level in the body and blue lips, nails, face, dizziness, loss of consciousness, severe drowsiness, confusion, non-stop vomiting should be admitted to the hospital immediately without any negligence.

These precautions

Open places, crowded places. It is better to keep small children away from the areas. Wear a mask when you must go. Wash hands regularly with soap or sanitizer. Do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands frequently. Drink only boiled and cooled water. Immunity can be boosted by consuming nutritious food and fruits rich in Vitamin-C.
