Srikakulam: Lead Bank Manager P.Srinivasa Rao said that the PM Swanidhi scheme is standing in the way of small traders. PM Swanidhi was the chief guest in a special program organized under the auspices of MEPMA at the city council meeting hall on Wednesday. Speaking on this occasion, Srinivasa Rao suggested that the central government scheme aimed at financial self-reliance of small traders should be utilized. Credit card facilities will be provided along with additional loan assistance to those who pay their loans on time. He said that they will provide prompt loan assistance to those who are eligible. MEPMA representative G. Kishore Babu said that steps are being taken through RPs to identify, register and grant loans to street vendors in the district's city government and three municipal societies. PM Swanidhi programs are also being held in Srikakulam Rural, Balaga, Narasannapet, Kogunuru, Tekkali, Hiramandalam and Sompet mandals, he said. MEPMA officials Y. Saradavani, B.
