సాక్షి, హైదరాబాద్:తెలంగాణలో కాంట్రాక్టర్లపై ఎంఐఎం ఎమ్మెల్యే అక్బరుద్దీన్ ఓవైసీ సంచలన వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రభుత్వాలు మారుతున్నాయి కానీ కాంట్రాక్టర్లు మారడం లేదు అంటూ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. కాంట్రాక్టర్లపై విచారణ చేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది అంటూ ఆసక్తికర కామెంట్స్ చేశారు.
అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాల్లో భాగంగా ఎమ్మెల్యే అక్బరుద్దీన్ మాట్లాడుతూ..‘ప్రభుత్వాలు మారుతున్నా కాంట్రాక్టర్లు ఎంజాయ్ చేస్తున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వంలో ఏ ప్రాజెక్టు అయినా సేమ్ కాంట్రాక్టర్లు కొనసాగుతున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు ఫెయిల్ అయినప్పుడు కాంట్రాక్టర్లపై బాధ్యత ఉంటుంది. కాంట్రాక్టర్లకు సైతం నిబంధనలు వర్తించాలి. ఇరిగేషన్ ప్రాజెక్టుల్లో ప్రభుత్వాలు మారిన కాంట్రాక్టర్లు మాత్రం వాళ్లే ఉంటున్నారు. గత ప్రభుత్వంలో పాఠశాలల్లో పెయింటింగ్, బెంచీల కాంట్రాక్టర్లు ఇప్పుడు సైతం కొనసాగుతున్నారు. కాంట్రాక్టర్లపై విచారణ చేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది. కాంట్రాక్టర్లపై సీబీఐ విచారణ చేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు.
ఇదే సమయంలో కేసీఆర్ గురించి మాట్లాడుతూ.. సభకు రాని కేసీఆర్ అజెండా డిసైడ్ చేస్తున్నారు. ఆయనే సభకు వస్తున్నాను.. ఇరిగేషన్ మీద చర్చ చేస్తా అంటారు. చివరకు బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు సభను బహిష్కరించారు అని వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు.
