Do you know about Gen Z? This is not a word.. a generation. Yes you heard right. The generation born in the present age of modern technology... who are accustomed to this technology... who are using technology from an early age is called GenZ... which means Generation Z. Unlike previous generations, Gen Z is a generation that thrives on new ideas, beyond that, online technology, and high technology usage. The way of thinking of that generation... the mindset of facing challenges... the procedures they follow to survive in the competitive world... sensitivity... self-esteem... anger. They can be identified as those born between 1997 and 2012. That generation is also commonly known as "Zoomers..., "I Generation",..., "Digital Natives"....  because they are the first social generation who grew up with full understanding of internet, smart phones and social media from a very young age. Generation Z consists of 12 to 30 year olds. This means that the children of this age group have been equipped with mobile phones and smartphones since childhood. Till now their whole life means from childhood. Finally, they got used to technology, online videos, and social media. Their world view.. their communication methods are different from ordinary citizens.

If we talk about the previous generation... When people in Jan Jud are questioned, they are used to searching Google, asking chat GPT... or thinking that something is possible with AI and creating new things... making new ideas public. The change in generation is a welcome development in terms of technology... This is shaping their minds... their social consciousness... their awareness of health issues... There is no doubt that this change will pay off. 

Research on generation Z has revealed that... especially... the new generation... values ​​facts rather than stories. They think more about health matters than older generations. Be careful about bad habits...may not be interested in smoking and drinking. Often think about job, business opportunities, education... future. Apart from that, most of the people in Gen Z have an interest in self-discovery, self-discovery, creation of new things, e-commerce brands, digital contents, startups, etc.  

They call it awareness instead of weakness. Many of them try to bring out the ideas of the older generation to discuss social issues, economic instability, global crises, activities that previous generations ignored or left as impossible. The Gen Z generation is mentally strong... free from emotions... expressing pain... looking for ways to reduce that pain.... ignoring the old ideas of problems and suffering... They consider them as obstacles and act contrary to the ideas of the old generation.

Through online discussions, community awareness, passion for politics... discussions on economic inequality...  world problems, social injustices, unrealistic aspects, continuous awareness on living standards... discussions are going on. Apart from that, their own ideas... find ways to implement them. Due importance is given to physical health and mental health.

Effects of climate change... economic instability, academic pressure to overcome high stress levels. Uncertainty about jobs and future prospects makes them more cautious. Due to the increased competition, they try to express their feelings fearlessly... thereby showing themselves to the outside world. Also digital exposure... i.e. comparing themselves through social media... have ideas about what they can do differently than others.

 

Psychology is also inviting a new generation of thinking. It is said that expression of feelings... is not weakness... it is awareness. Expressing feelings is better for mental health than hiding them.... Previous generations have learned to keep quiet... but the Gen Z generation is self-preservation.... They are openly expressing their thoughts and actions. Psychologists say that genjudge is not sensitivity... it is courage... they digest the real situations and teach a new sense to the society.
