లక్నో:ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ షాహజహాన్పూర్లో విషాదం చోటు చేసుకుంది. బుధవారం సాయంత్రం ఒకే బైక్పై ప్రయాణిస్తున్న ఒకే కుటుంబానికి చెందిన ఐదుగురిని రైలు ఢీకొట్టడ్డంతో మృతులు అక్కడికక్కడే మరణించారు.
ప్రమాదంపై రైల్వే పోలీసుల వివరాల మేరకు.. ప్రమాదం రోసా పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ పరిధిలోని అట్సలియా రైల్వే క్రాసింగ్ వద్ద సాయంత్రం 6:30 గంటలకు జరిగింది. బైక్పై ప్రయాణిస్తున్న ఐదుగురు ట్రాక్ దాటుతుండగా..బరేలీ నుండి లక్నో వెళ్తున్న సహర్సా గరీబ్ రథ్ ఎక్స్ప్రెస్ వారిని ఢీకొట్టింది. ఢీకొన్న వెంటనే బైక్ రైలులో ఇరుక్కుపోయి సుమారు 500 మీటర్ల దూరం ఈడ్చుకెళ్లింది.
మృతులు ఖేరీ జిల్లా ఉచోలియా పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ పరిధిలోని బంగావాన్ గ్రామానికి చెందినట్లు పోలీసులు గుర్తించారు.మృతుల్లో ముగ్గురు పెద్దలు,ఇద్దరు పిల్లలు ఉన్నట్లు నిర్ధారించారు. వీరంతా నగరంలోని బుధవారం మార్కెట్ నుండి సరుకులు కొనుగోలు చేసి తిరిగి వస్తున్నారు.
జీఆర్పీ ఎస్హెచ్ఓ మదన్పాల్ తెలిపిన ప్రకారం, ఐదుగురు అక్కడికక్కడే మృతి చెందారు. లోకో పైలట్ అత్యవసర బ్రేకులు వేసి రైలును ఆపాడు. రైలు సుమారు అరగంట పాటు అక్కడే నిలిచింది. మృతదేహాలను పోస్టుమార్టం కోసం ఆసుపత్రికి తరలించారు.
గ్రామస్థులు ఈ ఘటనపై తీవ్ర ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. రైల్వే క్రాసింగ్ వద్ద భద్రతా చర్యలు లేకపోవడంపై ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఇలాంటి ప్రమాదాలు పునరావృతం కాకుండా అండర్పాస్ లేదా ఓవర్బ్రిడ్జ్ నిర్మించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

Lucknow:Uttar Pradesh Tragedy took place in Shahjahanpur. Five members of the same family traveling on the same bike were hit by a train on Wednesday evening, and the deceased died on the spot.
According to the details of the railway police, the accident took place at Atsalia railway crossing under Rosa police station at 6:30 pm. Saharsa Garib Rath Express, which was going from Bareilly to Lucknow, hit them while five people traveling on a bike were crossing the track. Immediately after the collision, the bike got stuck in the train and was dragged for about 500 meters.
The police identified the deceased as belonging to Bangawan village under Ucholia Police Station of Kheri district. It was confirmed that three adults and two children were among the deceased. All of them were returning after buying goods from the city's Wednesday market.
According to GRP SHO Madanpal, five died on the spot. The loco pilot applied emergency brakes and stopped the train. The train remained there for about half an hour. The bodies were taken to the hospital for post-mortem.
The villagers have expressed deep grief over this incident. He expressed anger over the lack of safety measures at the railway crossing. They demanded that an underpass or an overbridge should be constructed so that such accidents do not happen again.
