Input tax credit mastermind arrested by fake companies!

Visakhapatnam: DGGI zonal unit has identified a fake ITC network in Visakhapatnam. It has been found that the accused Manoj Kumar managed the Input Tax Credit (ITC) through fake companies. Rs. 27.07 crore illegal ITC and key mastermind arrested by DGGI. The officials found that the fraud was done on the basis of invoices without supply of goods and services. Fraudulent total ITC value of Rs. 27.07 crore while the value of ITC transferred is Rs. 15.30 crores has been identified by DGGI.
