All present the possibilities that the eye can see. Be able to see opportunities that are not visible to the eye. For example, volunteering to do the work when a colleague is on vacation can lead to new work and experience. Um, why should I do that job? Also learning new technologies related to the field of work. We have to take initiative here, but no one comes and tells us. And when we come to the last dangers - the competition we are facing in the present, the demand for the work being reduced, the changing technology causing it... and so on. SWAT analysis shows our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats like a mirror. Through this analysis we will understand what our problems are and how we should face them.' Those who walk on the path of truth and help the helpless are the real strength.
