Conway and Latham become the first opening duo to hit hundreds in both innings of a first class game

New Zealand openers Devon Conway and Tom Latham have created a new history. They set a world record as the first opening pair to score centuries in two innings in a single Test match. This feat was achieved in the third Test against West Indies. 

Conway and Latham created history not only in Test cricket but also in the history of the first class as the first opening pair to score centuries in two innings of the same match.

In this match, Latham scored 137 runs in the first innings and 101 in the second innings. He scored 100 runs in the second innings. Conway holds another personal record. He created history as the first New Zealand batsman to score a double century and a century in a single Test match. Only nine other people have achieved this feat worldwide.
